I still dont really understand the problem with crisps. I mean, I know they are loaded with fat and salt, but surely nobody scoffs enough of them to make any difference? I just had a look at a pack of quavers, which is my preferred accompaniment to the lunchtime ham sarnie, the fat content is just shy of 5 grams and theres 0.36 grams of salt in it. Now I'm not about to weigh a knife and then reweigh it with the butter that goes on my sandwich, but there must be more than 5 grams there. And I probably cook most meals with more salt than there is in a packet of quavers.
