-
it normally is, but I think after such a great win no one can come up with "we were lucky" or "it was only doncaster". and hey let's keep happy
-
i think your the plonker, not realising these posts were tongue in cheek take it easy guys be happy, we won, at reading

i think we will win on tuesday the good performance in the second half against wolves continued into this game but even better. since the coventry game we have been playing well mostly and in the last 2 home games although we lost there was just that little something missing, we weren't being destroyed like earlier in the season. the team is just starting to click at the moment and this win is going to give de boysh so much confidence, first home deafeat for reading this season and the first since august 2005! (30+ games i think)

if we had stern john we may well have won both of the last 2 games
-
he has missed some easy chances thats for sure he just needs to learn to get a good clean hit on the ball rather than scuffing it at the keeper
-
I would be fine with Svensson and John because Svensson attacks the ball well and John may be quite lazy but sticks the ball in the back of the net and is always in the right place at the right time to score, which isn't just luck! Wotton isn't good enough at basic football skills, end of. Don't worry though we have got a tough tackling midfielder on our books - Antony Pulis! I'll come back tommorow to read through 2 pages of Antony Pulis 'debate'

An early "who is going to the Plymouth game" thread?

i should be there as normal -
all young players need at least 5 sub appearances before they start jan should have learnt that from jamie white
-
could work well with McG upfront, and BWP off the bench after 70. just down to Rupert and Jan to make a decision - I think we can guess it will be no ...

game with a bit of everything: goals, red cards, controversy, atmosphere, crap ref, fans trying to beat each other up first half wolves were superb going forward i would say without doubt they were the best team i have seen at st.mary's since we went down. in fact even in the days of arsenal/man u etc coming to SMS i have never seen a team just run through our defence like that. WW is certainly not exaggerating with 4-0 being possible, in fact if the finishing was better then would have been 4 second half saints were great and wolves were average but we couldnt get the goal we needed. i think euell getting sent off really spurred us on. bwp hit the post and mcgoldrick should have had a penalty from where i was there was no doubt about it. we are so close to being so good but we are just missing something. an experienced striker would help so much, mcgoldrick has been playing well recently but with someone like john or rasiak when the ball lands in the box they are always there and they can get goals out of nothing. again 4-4-2 is essential at home. perry needs to replace lancashire Davis 6 Cork 6 Pearce 6 Lancashire 5 Skacel 7 Gobern 2 Feel sorry for the lad but he was simply way out of his depth. Jan should have learnt that youngsters need several sub appearances before they start playing from the start Surman 6 Schneiderlin 7 Euell 7 Lallana 8 McGoldrick 7 Subs: Perry 7 BWP 7 Robertson 5 Also does anyone know why Mick McCarthy was on crutches?

this could become a historic speech

2nd :mad::confused: -
theres a bloke near me who says "jason euell, jason euell, oh jason euell" in a sarcastic voice whenever he gets the ball. so jason euell's injury was actually a blessing in disguise for me

his tactics are useless and no plan B but lets not accept relegation yet, there's 30 more matches to play -
"in no way, shape or form"
