Probably a fair assessment. But the last game of the season against Stoke (0-1 loss) and I thought the players didn't seem to be playing for him, for whatever reason. Lacking motivation and going through the motions. Maybe we should have sacked a few players instead !?

My concern is what happens if Austin gets injured again. In January our focus should be on a quality, imposing, out-and-out striker. An Olivier Giroud type.

Knew Giroud would score as soon as he came on. He's a great footballer and a beast. Tadic was poor second half, seemed absolutely spent, or just not interested...couldn't tell. He would have been my first sub.
