  1. Ahhh right yeah, I managed to defeat the Executioner's Chariot on only my 3rd try or so, got incredibly lucky in finding the lever to knock him off his chariot and it was a piece of p!ss after that really. Not been to Black Gulch yet, don't even know where that is in Iron Keep at the moment.
  2. Which boss was it that gave you problems? The only bosses that have given me any trouble so far are the Ruin Sentinels and the Belfry Gargoyles.
  3. Disgusting, sad to see we have such mindless idiots among our fan base.
  4. Anyone else playing through this? I'm about 26 hours in and am absolutely loving it so far.
  5. How is this Saints related?
  6. I got this through the post yesterday. Had a day off work today so played about 6 hours so far, I loved the opening, thought it was really cool and introduces the characters and buttons to you well, and also gets you acclimatised to Seattle and the Washington environs. The graphics and particle effects are absolutely sublime, really really impressive stuff. Seattle itself is pretty cool, but nowhere near as big as I thought it'd be I have to say. I was also a tad dissappointed (but not at all surprised really) that they'd implemented the Far Cry 3 style command centre's/areas you have to clear around the city, it is a popular tactic in open world games these days and although I wish they'd thought of something a bit more unique I can understand it at least, and it is pretty fun. The whole game retains the elements of 'sheer fun' as I call it that the previous 2 games had. The parkour stuff feels under-developed though, it just looks and feels really awkward trying to climb up a building where it felt really fluid and awesome in i1 and i2, there was a hell of alot of times today when I'd look for a smoke vent to get upto the top of a building rather than attempt to climb up it, because it just wasn't worth the hassle at all. Overrall, I am very impressed with the graphics, particle effects, and just the overrall fun factor the game has but the gameplay feels a tad repetitive at the moment. I am only 6 hours in though and haven't unlocked any other powers apart from the default Smoke at the moment.
  7. No.1 for me should've been the 2005/06 black away shirt, great design but the material was awful and it was like wearing a bin-bag. Disagree with alot of the choices on there, namely last seasons kit (which I liked) and this seasons kit (which I also like).
  8. We have a contract with adidas for next season, this doesn't mean however, that another manufacturer could theoretically come in and supersede our contract with adidas (Warrior just took over adidas' contract with Stoke City a few days ago). From everything I've heard though, I would say there's a very slim chance we'll be changing manufcaturer.
  9. I wouldn't. Think it's massively disrespectful to the club personally, if he HAS to wear it, make sure he wears a hoodie/jacket over the top.

  11. Difficult question. Often fans exaggerate the size of the club they support and use various variables to try to prove that 'fact' correct such as cups won, leagues won, years in a certain league, legendary players produced etc. etc. I would say in the Prem: United, City, Arsenal, Spurs, Everton, Newcastle, Villa, Chelsea, Liverpool, West Ham and Sunderland are all 'bigger' clubs than we are. In the Championship I'd argue Leeds are a bigger club than us aswell. In the whole spectrum of English football we're probably about the 13th biggest club in the country I'd say. I've always thought of the club as very similar to Norwich. A family friendly middle class club that welcomes supporters young and old and I'm fine with that moniker.
  12. The shirt on the right is the one I'm on about:
  13. Next years shirt will be all red. Heard today it'll be the 2014 World Cup Columbia away template.
  14. I wouldn't get your hopes up.
  15. I really like Twitter. I really dislike Facebook.
  16. Personally I'm not so sure about the assertions about sales levels of the current home shirt, I was told back in December that the shirt was 'selling very well' by someone who should know that sort of thing. I've also been told not to expect stripes next season (as the decision was made by Cortese before he left in January) but that the yellow away shirt that so many love (but personally I find incredibly dull) is coming back. Not too fussed about the lack of stripes, think it's ridiculous everyone makes such a fuss about it to be honest, throughout the entire 80s we didn't wear stripes so I can't really see what the big deal is. Also one of the many that love the current home shirt, and think it's one of the best made and most comfortable shirts we've ever brought out, never got round to getting the Black away kit but I think that looks pretty damn amazing as well. As for next seasons sponsor, Zoopla would be my guess.
  17. I fear this thread is descending into a UKIP chatroom.
  18. Best side = Chelsea Worst side = Fulham.
  19. What the f_uck happened to allow Norwich those two goals?
  20. Whenever we go 3-0 up I always think of the Leeds game in 2005/06 but in the 83rd minute with the same scoreline I thought we'd easily seen the game out (and maybe could've added a fourth) but I was very very wrong unfortunately.
  21. Pre season in the US anyone?
