  1. Parking metre bays should be free on Boxing Day according to the Wanndsworth council site. http://www.wandsworth.gov.uk/info/471/street_parking-enforcement_and_fines/1420/christmas_and_new_year_bank_holiday_parking_arrangements_and_opening_hours
  2. Graham Baker. Sold to Man City 1982 for £250k. got him back in 1987 for free.
  3. Better have a pop during the dessert course then.
  4. Can you tell me what time on Friday this is all going to happen? I'm at my works Xmas lunch and all day pi ss up, so dont want to leave it too late to (CENSORED) that cute blonde
  5. Isn't that 24 years 0.7 days? I dont think it matters that we are currently in a leap year. Yours pedantically.
  6. Worst Bond Kevin
  7. So you didn't even get wet then. You feckin lightweight!
  8. Yes. Dont get confused with the FA cup game earlier in the same season. 6/11/09. Fa Cup. 3-2. Connolly 2, Antonio. 13/4/10. Div 3. 5-1. Lambert 2, Schneiderlin, Lallana, Puncheon.
  9. You were at Bristol Rovers for Morgan's goal, but not for Punch's? They were in the same game. Did you leave early?
  10. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
  11. The Moon wasn't built in a day.
  12. Hopefully, a lot are buying direct from Fulham, in the "neutral area". I know a few that have and was tempted to do so myself, as it might have meant a better view.
  13. But havent they all been at least once this season? Or some such bollix from Hall.
  14. Prepare to be wrong. They travel in numbers and they love the FA Cup having won it nearly every year recently. Season ticket holding friend of mine says they all go to "Away season ticket" holders and the rest dont get a look in.
  15. Isnt it different in the "Barclays Premier League." 3000 or 10% whichever is the lowest. Unless you are Liverpool or Spurs who only give 2700 on alleged safety grounds?
  16. 4-0 actually.
  17. You are welcome to argue that with my 95 year old mother. Good luck with that one. All part of the then airfield.
  18. Hello again, Ron. November 71. Daily Express 5 a side Champs. That same Dad and I went. Our team was Eric Martin, Jimmy Gabriel, Terry Paine, Mick Channon and Bobby Stokes and IIRC Brian O'Neill in reserve. Think we beat West Ham in final.
  19. Couldnt see from down by the corner flag. And I may have had a few drinks earlier.
  20. Not sure of the date. He would have been 15 in May 1940. Were we bombed before Oct or was that when it all started. battle of britain etc.?
  21. Or make up some absurd lies about a player you dont like/ our Chairman (or both), claiming to be all ITK and when found out, claim you only did it as a wind-up as everyone else is a "mong" and you are so superior. All the clever kids are doing it.
  22. Pardon my ignorance, Ron. But I havent got a feckin clue what you are on about. I remember my Dad telling me about this (he's been dead 7 years now) so I looked to see if the bombing had been recorded. Maybe not, as it was outside the City boundary.
  23. Doesnt include the ones that fell on Saunders Roe (now Fords, Wide Lane) where they assembled planes. My father had his first job there after leaving school and too young to serve. He was injured in a bombing raid that killed several people and he was lucky in that he and a mate were sat in a fitted cockpit, (presumably pis sing about) when the factory roof caved in.
  24. Tony Knapp played for both.
  25. Thats a relief. I would have been seriously freaked if I had just seen a grey elephant walk by my window whilst reading your original post.
