  1. As mentioned on a different thread, I saw Chivers & O'Brien get hat-tricks in a 6-1 win over Rotherham in my first game. I then saw Dean's trio at Farton Park in my first away game. I have also seen all 5 SRL's.
  2. Behind Southwark Cathedral. Its in Winchester Walk, next to Jubilee Market.
  3. Wrong. It was the lino and the 4th official was female.
  4. Upper Tier. Block 22. Laughing at the Club Historian.
  5. Let the manager **** their wives. Only joking.
  6. Seems like it was only yesterday. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?36375-Is-the-Portsmouth-game-on-tv.
  7. With no great expectancy, I've gone for Binocular.
  8. You are trouble, after all.
  9. Bug ger!
  10. The fact that we are on the week before might come into it. (Straws clutched)
  11. Because you are using it?
  12. Richardson's pass. Morgan not involved.
  13. Glad to, you ugly gimp. Your 1st game was IIRC on Boxing Day 67. Fantastic shot from Alan Woodward for the equaliser. Chivs last game was a couple of weeks later in the pouring rain a 5-3 home defeat v. Chelsea. Their revenge for the 6-2 which Eric and others have quoted as their 1st away game.
  14. Didnt look it up. Remember the away game all to well. A very annoying evening which we should have won, before losing in extra-time. Twice in 3 years to those bar-stewards.
  15. 53. Local. 1st game Nov 64. 6-1 win v. Rotherham. O'Brien and Chivers with hat-tricks. 1st away. Jan66. 5-2 win at Farton Park. Norman Dean hat-trick. This was in 1981.
  16. Ranger's administrator is delighted to tell the fans that he's found a German billionaire to buy the club. He's not sure how to tell them that its The Pope.
  17. How come The Skates never get mentioned on Star Trek? Star Trek is set in the future.
  18. By claiming that SRL didnt win any headers, I would suggest that its his eyesight, rather than where he sits, is the main problem.
  19. Totally wrong. Even if we didnt have still to play Reading and therefore take 3 points off them.
  20. Go easy on him. He probably got all excited when the Gooners got it to 3-0 last night.
  21. Cork played centre-half at Palace.
  22. Ron Davies scored in what was our only attacking move. 1970 maybe? Oct 66. Ron header from a David Thompson (remember him?) corner.
  23. Sorry Mr. Pedant. Williams left just after Xmas 84. Unless you were in the Southern Hemisphere, thats pretty much winter. Also, Case made his debut in March 85 in a 5-1 stuffing at Spurs, which still gives me the shivers. That also wasn't in the summer.
