We had 6 players during 1982 that captained England at some point in their career. Channon, Keegan, Ball, Watson, Wright and Mills. Watson last played for Saints in Oct 81 and left for Stoke in Jan 82. Wright signed March 82. Keegan and Channon left during the summer , which is when we signed Shilts. Bally left at the end of October and we signed Mills in his place. The 6 were never at the club at the same time, let alone play together.
