Just use the last two games it is easy 4 points 2 per game 37 to go 74 -1 =73 Play off spot easy In fact use whatever figures you want to justify your stance. I dont think Pardew has the team playing well at the moment which will probably change soon but we wont get relegated and we wont get promoted either this season Which is what most people thought in July but hoped that things would have been better

Pardew has a squad he gets paid loads of money I think he should sort it out with what we have got. I dont think it is realistic to conjure some loanee from somewhere

But we are bottom 10 points from safety in the real world

To finish Mid table we need about 62 points or so in 37 games 16 wins 14 draws 7 losses A reasonable target I would have thought

The 20/20 team seemed to panic and lose games which they should have won. The youngsters were OK but not outstanding I dont think Dawson played as well this season than he had done before. Dimi was in and out of the England side which must have been unsettling

That is a bit short term though what happens when the loan ends we had that problem with Cork last season Perhaps Ryan Smith is available

Seeing 3 and 9 there Delldays I once saw Saints win 9 3 against Wolves (in one game not nine)

So when will the building be finished and how will this affect the confidence of the existing players? By the way why cant Pardew get the present squad to play well he has enough help and lots of good players for League 1

I agree but we just dont seem to go forward and the team is not attack minded enough The trouble is I started watching nearly fifty years ago when we scored loads of goals because we had top class wingers and strikers

We are on -1 we need to be on 9 points to be out of the relegation zone So that makes 10 I would have thought

I dont care what happens to Pompey All I want is for SFC to play well and score goals and win games

I agree but the problem is we flatter to deceive and dont win regularly at home because we dont seem to have built a team to score goals but a team not to concede goals
