Arrived last week but only got to play for first time last night. Now with motionplus and first person view. Just put on all the hard settings to have a go. I was going to write about my weekend, but my plans seem so inadequate now.

First the bad news: Port Talbot were stuffed again and made an early exit. Glentoran got a home draw, and went out 5-2 on aggregate. Llanelli twice came from behind against Tauras in Lithuania, but conceded a goal in the 1st half of extra time when a man down to lose 3-2 on the night and crash out. Both sides had players sent off after the extra time goal. The good news: Dundalk scrapped past Gravenmacher, 2 early goals enough for a 2-1 win. Portadown got a 1-0 in Latvia to knock out Skonto Riga. Champions League qualifying next week, including Bohemians (IRE) v TNS (Wales)

Great sprint from Cav, good to see him back after a poor sprint yesterday. Hopefully he'll have a shot at the stage tomorrow, and then the road starts to get a bit hilly.

Fell asleep on train before, luckily train terminated at Bristol. No trains back to Bath, but was a bus 45 minutes later which was fortunate to say the least! Best one was getting on a train and needed a poo. Fell asleep on crapper. Only toilet on 2 carriage train. Eventually woken up by guard opening door, as other passenger complaining that toilet door must be broken!

It's times like this I really feel sorry for alpine_saint. Cortese has gone about signings in totally the right way since being with us. Their are very few rumours (those that are rumoured tend to be out of contract players so trying to tout their name about) and the signings are only announced when done. This is good news for us. The club is no longer pandering to the alpines of this world.
