If you set up and plan for 4 at the back, why switch the whole formation and tactics based on one injury when you have a RB on the bench?
It just doesn’t make any sense.
You want a player that when he comes on, gives the team a lift, a bit of energy. Armstrong comes on and just falls flat, misses a tackle and then gives the ball away. Not good enough at this level.
Redmond is frustrating the **** out of me today. As soon as he gets the ball he’s slowing down and taking an age to decide what to do. It was his shilly shallying that pretty much led to their quick (see that Reds, pace!) break and goal.
