sounds like you boys are chugging along nicely. I've been sidelined by a torn hamstring (football injury) and then piriformis syndrome all summer. Have been ramping it up gently and indoor football starts next week. Hoping to get back to racing soon (although I was able to transfer from HM to 5km in a recent race and clocked a decent 24:46). Going to shelve marathons for now and stick to shorter distances and playing football.

Bah, after gaining a ton of momentum and taking it into the afternoon session it kind of fizzled out and then that 140 yd hole out by that chubster Reed fired the Americans into a big lead. Agree with the above about the American fans, "get in the hole" on a par 5 teeshot? "Get in the water" idiots. I dislike the rampant America bashing that goes on as I find USA and most of the Americans I have met to be awesome. These boorish fans are total tools though.
