Theres no evidence to suggest the attack on his jersey home was related. It just doesn't make sense to think it's related. The same goes for his gates being rammed at his New Forest home. Oh it was after we'd lost a home game - FFS we lost at home every week! It's far more likely the Jersey attack was a local issue and the New Forest incident was an attempted burglary. I don't disbelieve Wilde got a death threat but the timing of the release of the story smacks of spin.
