Take no notice of the lunatic fringe.

You know what this means - restricted access to Britannia road after the match. That's not going to go down well with thousands wanting to protest outside reception should we lose.
-
I've heard Wilde won't be attending on Saturday.

Try out facedub.com (you have to join up but it's free for basic membership) and you can create your own scenarios. If anyone has any requests please feel free to ask and i'll see what i can do.

Leon tells it how it is.

Will Rupert Lowe on a string be sung during the march?

7) If you are refering to the headline - "Hope you die soon" "I bet i don't" it wasn't the Ugly it was On The March. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=5166

I think Weston Saints comments are more likely.

Wotte comes accross as being a bit fake imo. In the press conference when he unveiled himself and Michael Svensson he was all pally pally with MS and MS looked a bit stanoffish as if to say "What the Fvck are you on man, stop touching my leg you cvnt".
-
This is true. Most people recognise this.
-
If only he knew it all like you do. Considering Leon has been there and done it and you've still got the cradle marks on your arse i know who's press comments i'd rather read/listen to.

I agree with you Nick, but Wotte must beat Swansea and i think we will providing he plays 4 4 2 and throws caution to the wind.

His starting line up cannot be justified as we need wins and that starting line up was all about trying to defend for 90 minutes to get a 0-0 draw. Playing with such negative tacticts just invites pressure as the opposition know we'll offer little in reply. In the second half we played a typically English style and that made it end to end and we got rewarded. As a squad of players we're not good enough to defend out games, for us the best form of defence is to attack and go for 3-2 or 4-3 wins.

SAINTS supporters’ group members have called on fans considering protesting at St Mary’s to do so peacefully and not during games. Steve Grant doesn’t believe protesting will make a difference. However, he has encouraged those who want to do it to keep it peaceful and not while play is in progress. “If you look back to the last time all this kicked off, in 2006, when there were protests all over the place, they didn’t actually seem to have any effect whatsoever on any change being made,” he said. I'd call your Echo comments ridiculous. Who are you speaking on behalf of Steve?

Wotte decided his negative formation and bodged a team around it. Someone like Billy davies on the other hand plays to his teams strengths. Playing 1 up front with lalana in a 5 man midfield is a joke. We're in no position to be going away and looking for 0-0 draws, we need wins. Saints teams of old stayed up because we tried to win games when we were in the ****. The second half just showed how wrong Wotte got it. If he'd been positive from the start we would not have invited pressure and been 2-0 down at h/t. The best form of defence is attack.
-
I don't think so. With Pearson we had a manager who could get the best out of players so there's no reason why we couldn't have been one of the surprise teams that always gets into the play-offs.
-
Challenging for the playoffs imo.

If Crouch was in charge he'd pay to keep/sign a player out of his own pocket. With Lowe the money only flows one way.

When can Ruperts Dutch experiment be considered a failure?
Mole replied to Mole's topic in The Saints
A divided fanbase. A pompous clueless CEO. A reclusive football chairman A clueless head coach. A team full of kids. I'm sure the Luvvies will be even more pleased when Saga is sold. -
Did you watch "bloody Sunday" on ITV last night or something?

That's because it's all true. SOG and his ilk have got the chairman they wanted and everything that goes with it. I hope they're pleased with their lot.
