What drop Euell, after the Mulder and Scully investigation that we had when he got dropped after being suspended? surely not.Jason Euell is god or so they told me a couple of weeks ago. That's the trouble with Saints, players are elevated to divine status whenever they're NOT playing,then they get a game and we all remember why they weren't playing in the first place.

We had a defence preseason Thomas-Svensson-Perry-Skacel only one of the 4 is actually started playing and he's an over the top 36 year old who's about 4ft high.Swap Cork for him and it looks OK. Then there was talk that Morgan could drop back,wrong, never has for Strasbourg or France U19s, he's a midfield player,bvreaks down attacks and gets us moving forward. If he's being used for anything other than that we're doing it wrong. Sorry Andy, there's only a certain amount a coach can do with a nigh on 21 year old. It's too late to start improving the basics of his game.He'll not make very much progress now.Might be able to beef him up a bit and get some sort of shooting strength into him but his technique is basically flawed and I doubt that even a really good sports pyschologist could do much with his mental attitude; He'll be average at best, bit part player for a mid table championship side. You can run rings around a blade of grass all you want, if there's no end product you aren't a good footballer;Can't shoot,can't cross, **** poor,if anyone offers us 500K we should bite their hand off.

Provided there are takers, I fear not, but then Saints depress me like that most of the time. If it were up to me I would just keep Davis,Surman and Schneiderlin of the current squad and let all the rest go for whatever anyone would give us for them; Too feeble, too often, never known it to be like this. I doubt if John+Saga+Dyer comes to very much less the 5xRobertson,Smith and Pekhart If we have to take those 3 back(no doubt we will,maybe even Rasiak as well) we won't last a couple of weeks on the financial front. Why do we keep changing our back 4? It should be Cork,Perry Pearce,Skacel. Not great but that's it. If Morgan is missing in midfield he should be replaced by Gasmi or Thompson or Gillett. Cork should stay in the back 4. We got stitched up by the nordic mythology that is Svensson but that's no real excuse. We have too many incompetent players that's it and all about it. It's not just the younger ones either.Euell,BWP are as much to blame as the others,only thing is it costs more to see them not perform..
