Probably not even that, some people seem to get FM2014 or whatever it is and reality all intertangled. I believe that their are even cure centres for FM addiction, well I expect they do other video games as well.
-
It doesn't but it does kind of mean he's not at Staplewood right now I think. I'd think he'll get far better offers than from ourselves.I know PSG enquired but that was back in May. The fact that Sporting only get a quarter of the price makes him more valuable to them than the money. Now if someone offered a real shedload that may be different but they certainly don't decide where he goes or for how much. Plus Sporting have just sold their sort of back up CB,young English chap to Spurs for about 3 million £.

What's Jack's dad saying on the subject these days. Did he not think Koeman was taking overlong to assess his son whilst the injured JRod had been offered a new 5 year contract.
-
always a possibility, not sure that we do that though. He refused (or reportedly refused) us as part of the Shaw deal on the grounds that we were too much of a step down for him.
-
i think the main thing that we'd have to work out is him not wanting to play for us.
-
Well sort of none'ish, well not English ones anyway. Oscar was recruited very young, can't remember if that was by José though, Hazard was young as well. Mourinho is win at all costs and he has no time for home grown players. Look at their signings this summer. Fabregas,Costa,Felipé Luis,Drogba all experienced and Pasalic who they'll no doubt loan out again. José would rather have Drogba than Lukaku because he says Lukaku's attitude is wrong.
-
Because they've signed yet another Brazilian LB, José wants nothing to do with English players, it's pretty obvious. If you look at their recruitment it's all foreigners, the only home grown senior players that they have left are Cahill and Terry, when those 2 are retired they'll be down to zero. Thus their PL squad will be reduced to 17 + U21s.
-
How much do you think he'll be currently earning at Sporting Portugal then
-
Lets wait and see how he gets on at Utd eh.
-
No I think we can leave it at 30. That's where goal scoring stats become misleading...well that and penalties.
-
And then putting in a sh*t ball because you're farked after too much Nando's. Shaw is vastly overated, good deal, even I congratulate the board on that one.
-
Err José wants very little to do with Englishmen ? How many does he have left now, Terry,Cahill...isn't that about it? Old Englishmen...he'll make an exception, youngsters...they can fark right off. How they are getting round the home grown rule I just couldn't say, by reducing their PL + CL squads to 17 + 2 I suppose.
-
No rumours about us getting shot of any of our dead wood then. Don't like that. I saw that Turnbull was on trial for a loan at Swindon or something though. It's a start I suppose.
-
Still he must have scored all those goals for Japan somewhere or other. However they might have had some 8-0 wins against island minnows or something.
-
Absolutely. Although more Tadic than Bertrand in my view.
-
doesn't he know that medicals are done at the Uni ?

in fact decidedly better. Like Reid, really solid. Don't know that he'd be cheap though, how much were Spurs offering, quite a bit I think.

Taïder Joins on 1 year Loan & Osvaldo to Inter - Official

He's about 8ft tall though, unusual for most wingers. Now stats say that for every tackle he attempts he commits a foul. Really don't see that he'd bring us anything whatsoever, except of course no Osvaldo..which has it's merits. -
Steve Davis my guess, unless of course Koeman doesn't plan on using him much.
-
Well yes we should, haven't really thought on comparative out/in salarial mass but I'm sure that it would be heavily weighted in the club's favour at this point in time. I just can't imagine that Pelle and Tadic will be drawing as much as Lambert and Lallana. Lovren is still to be replaced, Chambers..well he wouldn't have been on vast sums and Bertrand might well outweigh what we were paying Shaw. Osvaldo will take a dead weight off of the bill and we won't pay any Inter reservist anywhere near as much. That said i'd be pretty sure that Koeman gets more than Mauricio because he was apparently one of the lowest paid managers in the Pl (on basic anyway). If I had to have a stab at a figure on a numbers basis I'd guess at around 5 million/annum saving just now for the club. But it's a fag packet guess.

Which is probably why they loan him out a lot, not for us really..not in any way. What happened to Taider...didn't fancy it ? -
people need to stop imagining that the money will all be spent on new transfer fees, no-one has actually said that now have they. The general terms "transfer fees and salaries" (sorry don't like the word wages, makes me imagine a line of blokes of a friday queuing up at a factory for a small brown envelope) could easily mean those past, present or future.
-
It is indeed, Bertrand is a decent player, to be honest Targett is just an unknown quality right now. If Koeman had thought that he could take the lion's share of the LB work this season then we wouldn't have signed Bertrand. I suppose some of the apparent deception could be put down to the fact that some really appear to have thought that we could actually sign Rojo...we can't and we won't. However Chelsea..that's another thing. PSG and Valencia favourites though;
-
So then according to The Times (and nothing more in this instance) Tottenham will make an improved bid of around 22 million soon for Morgan alone. If or when that happens we shall see what we shall see. Still don't see him being part of the Saints set up on 2nd September myself. Of course he'll take a lot of flak, perhaps he doesn't mind though.

Don't Kenya have another game this week-end ?
