you just can't tell, saw 3 matches yesterday, only Saints game was relatively free of extremely arbitrary reffing decisions and even then you could question a couple of non-yellow given occasions. Well when you know that Chelsea,City,Newcastle and Arsenal probably don't have 6 regularly starting English players between them that knocks the odds down a bit. Just leaves Utd,Liverpool,Spurs,Everton and Saints of the top half of the table to use as a source of players.In England's last squad of 30 no outfield player came from a club outside the top 9 of the PL and with such feeble contributions from 4 sides because the just don't have many English players the others have at least 3 or 4 players each.
