why aren't they playing at Lambeau Field then ? That's in Green Bay Wisconsin not Minneapolis, don't think it's far (apparently 280 miles) but then again i'm not at all sure that Vikings Stadium in Minneapolis isn't a covered dome.

it's just a pity that we've got such a difficult draw already in the 3rd round with our first team in tatters. Still i suppose the kids might step up tomorrow.
-
One in front of me got a polystyrene tub of mushy peas all over his helmet, came from the upper tier of the stand when we scored our 3rd .
-
Hah City Ground in what about 77, what a day out that was. 3-3 wasn't it, mullered them in the replay.
-
we were always going to play the squad odds and sods and make up the numbers with kids, why do you think we've only sold 15 K ticket at 20£ or less. If we weren't going to play Gazza in goal I could even believe that our "junior" side might be good enough to win but he's worth a 2 goal start to the opposition, especially with the back 4 that he'll have. I just feel sorry for Maya because he's going to be associated with crap again and he really doesn't deserve that. The December games have knocked the stuffing out of us so there's a need for recuperation tomorrow.

it's not even a snide comment, if Lallana has changed since he played for England then it's a statement of fact. As he's been Captain for a fair while now and often harangues refs he's changed in the opinion of Clattenburg but it's not an insult. We can only assume that it's not in fact what was said.
-
well of course they will, a top manager who will only avoid being sacked by Reading by taking a job elsewhere beforehand.
-
I'm surprised he even knows anything about him actually, I certainly don't and I know a bit about football in general. I think Glasga's hacked ART's account of late.
-
Anyway, with Saints in the PL 5 wins out of 22, with Reading since he's been there 10 out of 33 so that in fact makes 15 out of 55 so that's an absolutely sh*tty record seeing as most of the Reading games are in the Championship and he can't even win many of those. It's only when you start considering the League 1 years with Saints where he was managing a side that didn't even need much managing that the win stats are doped up. A side in League 1 with 5 or 6 players who are amongst the best in the PL now, who can't win with that, I could win with that, so could my late gran.

can only mean Osvaldo I suppose, either that or he's being facetious and suggesting that even forum posters may have a chance of getting a game tomorrow.
-
yes but only because everyone has to claim their ticket for tomorrow whereas normally 2/3 of the attendees already have their ST and don't need to do anything else. Instead of doling out about 2000 tickets as per usual tomorrow they'll have to give out over 10000 I expect. Stress exceptional on the ticket office.
-
won't look much worse than finishing mid table with Reading though.
-
Anyway it's just a hack article because Saints are playing his old club tomorrow. You can pick plenty of holes in it, like where he says " My parents will support me because they always do but they are Burnley supporters" Jay won't even be playing tomorrow unless he comes on as a later sub so the problem won't even arise.
-
Well if we should lose then it will just go to show that our "academy first" policy isn't working because players who are in the 1st team squad at a PL club will have been beaten by a Championship side. I think we mlight even see such budding stars as Turnbull and Isgrove getting a game.
-
hopefully it will be Adkins and not someone decent then.
-
Oh bugger, I was beginning to forget how painful listening to Merrington actually is, I even watch the player highlights wth the sound off, just cannot stand his gratey, whiney, geordie accent.
-
becase they probably need the money that a cup run would give them. We're going to play an unusual side and they aren't. I see Isgrove at training this morning, think he'll play ? no Boruc on view though, don't like the implications of that. bUnless of course it's o use him getting used to the different type of ball because he won't be playing with one at any time soon.

MP's Reaction! Saints 0 V Chelsea 3
Window Cleaner replied to SOTONS EAST SIDE's topic in The Saints
I think what they'd rather have is the 4 games between the 21st December and the 1st January spaced over a few more days. If PL clubs didn't play in the FA Cup the first weekend pf January one of the 4 games could be placed there, so perhaps something like 21/12 26/12 1/1 and 4/1, still plenty of football but only 4 games in 15 days instead of 5. Other than that you could stop all of these stupid international breaks and space the 38 games over 3 or 4 more week-ends so that there'd only be 3 PL games between the end of December and the 1st of Jan. -
Post Match Reaction: SAINTS 0-3 Chelsea

because it's something that needs to be sorted out at the age of 6 to 8. If he's always used only his left foot there's no way that that can be changed at pushing 30. -
says it was deflected, can't remember if that's right or not. edit: doesn't look like it though.
