Le Tissier: "Cortese is not a nice human being"
Window Cleaner replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
If indeed he still has any. -
Now Lt John McClane had a description for people of his ilk in Diehard 4, what was it now, ah yes hacker jerkoff.
-
I trust you jest Sir
-
what Corner Back in the NFL ?? he's about 3 ft tall.... well less than 6ft anyway and to think someone was calling Yoshida a midget yesterday.
-
Isn't he a striker ? Just what we need then, another striker
-
Uruguay probably wish that he had been available though, their last 2 results have been pretty catastrophic, losses against Argentina and Bolivia, 3-0 and 4-1 respectively.
-
No he didn't, don't know where this myth comes from.
-
Nope, this will be a man's game in midfield and certainly no place for kiddyboys like JWP. Anyone on our books with a pair of boots is preferable. Think we might even see Cork back in some way.

Did not Pinnacle propose to make him Chairman ? Stupid stupid thing to do, he seems to think that Cortese is now sitting in his chair and that some permanent sniping is in order. A complete idiot. -
F*ck all; Cork looks as if he might be back in contention though.
-
Jos ? I'm off to the bookies to bet on a penalty or an own goal for West Ham then.
-
Puma EvoSpeeds, that's a new thing isn't it? New boot deal for him?

50% of the squad from the Academy - is it viable?

No next question if you please. -
My what a lot of injuries we have.
-
Ouch !! if they were all like that most blokes would turn gay.
-
In fact none of our regular keepers were involved with the U21s today, I thought Cropper was supposed to be their regular man but it was someone else today. The U21s lost 4-2 anyway, only Reeves from the main group involved I think, unless you count Stephens and Shaw (who went off injured apparently).

Using the "wrong foot" only for long periods is a bog standard coaching technique for young players. In fact I'd doubt whether any young player would get into a pro academy without being able to use both feet adequately. It's what happens in the academies that's important, developping the mental that lets you use either foot instinctively according to the situation at hand.

Perhaps we need a bit more nastiness then, wouldn't go amiss if some of the powder-puff tackles that I've seen are a fair reflexion on our play. It is absolutely ludicrous that a CM has twice as many tackles on the counter as any defender.

Well the theory is that as there hasn't been a war between Europe's major powers for nigh on 70 years the EU must be doing a lot for peaceful coexistance in Europe. It's totally riduculous of course but hey we need the money anyway.

But that's a team without Rodriguez and that just won't happen. JRod will be played wherever and whenever there's a place to fill, ostensible sign that we're encouraging young English talent. In my opinion Tad's days with the Saints are numbered, more's the pity. Good player.
