You can be as good as you like in the Championship (unless you're an English goalkeeper of course) but you won't get into the full England side.

There's a piece on Holt on the BBC Sport site.Apparently Norwich told him he's too old for an extra year on his contract and that's about the root of the problem.He has 2 years left but he wants 3 now,no doubt with some more money as well.If Holt's too old I cant see them offering Lambert more money for a 2 year contract either..
