If anyone starts going on at me at work (and it's rare because I don't deal with the public) I see what they have to say and reply,if they insist I just put the phone in the drawer or go out to the coffee machine or something.Don't need to tolerate idiots in my line of work, still get a few though even though they've PhDs and what have you.

Just don't understand why people think they can haggle everywhere, if you go to Safeway's and start asking them if the bananas and beans will be reduced next week they'll probably politely tell you that they don't know,if you insist and start telling them that Bananas will be out of fashion by the 33rd century they'll tell you to p*ss off, it's not about the sacrosanct customer service,it's about not asking stupid questions of people who just don't know. Having seen it all I can say(to paraphrase Dolly Parton) is Brezovan must work really hard on being as shîte as he was in the first 11 minutes,you need more than just natural ineptitude to be that bad.
