Hope it's not a Belgian brekky though, half a litre of gros rouge and 2 litres of Gueuze

To be honest I don't think he is still playing, don't hink he's even signed on with Doncaster as yet, he was on trial at one time but I don't know what the outcome of that was. He's been out of football for a long time, think he last played for Le Havre back in 2008 ish.Since then he's had all sorts of incidents, at one time he was in prison for extorting money from his agent or something like that.If FF is the best Doncaster can find then they're desperate.
-
Is he out of gaol then? Can't remember how long he got, maybe it was just provisional detention or something like that.
-
Only because one of our home games is Pompey, that's the OB's doing and not the TV.

but if you've got a diesel you may save a bit,if you get it in the supermarkets or garages that have them as concurrents it's about 1.40 euros a litre against about 1.80 euros in the UK I think. So 60 litres would save you 24 euros or about 16/17 litres, enough for about 320 kilometres if you've got a nice little runner ,not quite Southampton-Dover and back though and there's always the price of the tunnel or ferry.

What time do the players arrive at St Mary's?
Window Cleaner replied to errol_slymm's topic in The Lounge
We had this subject not long back but I can't remember all of the details, you'd be better to ask again on the main forum or look through the old thread going back about 3 weeks or a month. Anyway the players seem to have 2 choices of arrival time, those that want to take lunch get there at about 11.30 ish and those that don't have to be there for about 12.45/13.00 ish if I remember correctly. Any way ask on the main forum. looked it up for you http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?29920-Player-Arrival-Times&highlight=player+arrival don't blame me if it's duff gen. -
Ah the Australian Luxemburger from Lancashire.

If we have the same number of points and superior GD we're up, don't need more points necessarily. Unless we start shipping goals willy-nilly then they all need to either muster an extra point or start adding at least +1 to their GD each game without us adding any positive GD at all. En gros they need the extra point..As it stands +6 for Reading and + 8 for West Ham although they've got an extra game..Which is why you can't get odds any better than 10/1 on for us gaining promotion and few appear to be better than 3/1 on for the title. For the bookies we're past the post.
-
Reading won't though will they! this is a 3 horse race.If we're 9 points ahead of Reading then it's all over.
-
Probably means they don't go through handbags in Pompey night joints.

Although this novel notion has yet to catch on with the majority of supporters. They're on the bus, they're good supporters who work very, very hard by going to a lot of games but the too high/too low principle remains largely unapplied as yet.
-
Anyway it's no use having everybody on the bus and in the right seats if you don't have good players who work very, very hard. That seems to be his latest catch phrase.

looks like she's thinking "I wish this dirty old bastard next to me would stop looking down my dress".

Here's a solution for you...give kids less money, that should fix it.Lack of money cured me of underage binge drinking before it even started.Give students a grant and make the parents contribute as well, don't loan them money, that will cure overdrinking as well, parents included. When you're forking out a couple of thousand a month to help your kids through their studies you've less money for p*ss ups at the golf club and weekenders in Dubai. If you make people spend their money on their responsibilites then you'll cure a fair bit of excessive drinking.

He is indeed, Beye is a big CB and I think he played on Tuesday.
-
Don't see it as much of a strong stance because I don't think a single player has been sanctioned. Big Ben got what? 6 games for some sort of nightclub incident,Saints players are just as culpable as their coaches.Any one of them could have ratted this out and stopped it dead before it got consequent in Championship games.

Hull 0 - 2 Saints - Post Match Reaction Thread
Window Cleaner replied to Saint_clark's topic in The Saints
Seen the game on Hull Player, not a scintillating performance but we did what was needed, might well be a couple more games like that this season I think. Didn't think Puncheon was all that bad at all, obviously had been assigned a fairly central role and won the ball well on a few occasions, definitely an interesting player, hope to see him again on Saturday.Fox does seem to punt the ball forward an awful lot though, perhaps it was just a means to an end for this game. -
even "top class" footballers weren't necessarily very good in those days. When you think on it your average team had about 6 local lads in it.Yet today's Man U or Chelsea probably has one ,two or even none at all. This is why I always find it risible when people compare today's football teams to those of yesteryear. Look at the way they stroll about and walk past defenders, your Laws,Bells and Tuarts wouldn't make half-time in a modern match, not with the physical condition that they had then.
-
There again it depends which Posh turn up doesn't it.Hope it's the Mr Hyde version leaving us with the Dr Jekyll.
-
that would depend which Reading turns up though, the one that tonked Barnsley 4-0 or the one that wasn't very impressive against Peterborough. If Birmingham need points for the play-off places on final day I wouldn't over fancy Reading's chances there. Still think West Ham will beat them though.

Schadenfreude being that word, isn't 5 weeks about all that rests of the season? -
and a Reading? bet it looks like a Norwich whereas we'd be more like a QPR
-
Logical because they always need to win, especially Reading. They haven't cracked like Birmingham and Cardiff yet but they've always got it all to do. This is probably why getting points on the board early is so vital. Isn't that what QPR did last season? built up a big lead and then rode it out.Norwich came storming back and Swansea and Cardiff cracked but not QPR.
-
not even in the same league as AVB really.Chelsea's players look as if they at least understand what they're supposed to be doing with DiMatteo. Another balls up by Abramovich. To think they paid 16 million to get him and probably about as much to get rid of him.
-
don't count scottish football, you should know that by now and they got their arse kicked out of Europe by some bankrupt swiss club.
