Confidence powder.

Lallana spurns an opportunity....sounds like novel writing from St Marys

I don't think losing is an option today. I think we'll do pretty well, Guly hat-trick maybe.
-
Exeter: P. Jones, Tully, Duffy, Taylor, B. Jones, Sercombe, Noble, Golbourne, Harley, Logan, Cureton. Subs: Krysiak, Thomson, Archibald-Henville, Dunne, Cozic, O'Flynn, Nardiello.

yes could be good, they must have played together just the once before i think, whenever Deano was suspended, back in October Notts County away maybe.Nope wrong Oldham at home it was. Deano ill today apparently Subs Bart, Dickson, Barnard, Butterfield, Jaidi, Connolly & Gobern.

or give away a penalty, bloke makes me shudder in our own box.
-
don't fancy that, still must be saving Jaidi for Monday/ : Davis©, Richardson, Fonte, Seaborne, Harding. Chamberlain, Schneiderlin, Chaplow, Lallana. Guly, Lambert
-
Nick go to the game you can't slide out of it that easily.
-
team's up. Morgan and Chappers in midfield, rest looks pretty much the same.
-
He's not temperamental just wants to play and not be on the bench that's all. It's a problem we could find spreads pretty fast as well.
-
Still reckon they'll ask for another loan period until the end of the season though. Think we might not refuse that either.
-
probably just out temping as Santa last Tuesday then.

Comolli says a lot of stuff believe me. I know the man

Sven,Nike,Arsenal,Sun+Mirror etc. Theo was at Arsenal that's what counts,he'd come from the Championship ,from a side managed by a "reputable manager".He'd been in all the UXX sides foe England.AOC has started on that road a wee bit later that's all.I don't believe he's as good as yet either. But Theo being sold to Arsenal with his enormous Nike contract certainly didn't hinder his progress.AOC needs to move on though but in the summer would be better.
-
because we are a relatively big town in a relatively highly populated area with no major footballing side within near reach (apart from the shower down the road and they don't count). Take Huddersfield it's about 14 miles from Leeds who have a 30K+ follwing so the clubs dispute the 'in between fans' Sheff W have another major club in the city etc etc.Plymouth should do better really but Devon really isn't footballing country.
-
probably due more to Lowe's desperation to get him into the shop window and sold more than anything else.
-
Dickson is not so good in the tackle but he's better going forward. Trouble with this is that the CM playing on his side of the pitch has to be on hand constantly to help him out, watch the "highlights" of the Brentford game,Dickson let Alexander have a free shot at goal, just stood there and watched him then tried to grab his shirt, would never have happened that way with Dan.The proof is NA dropped him so he must have seen it that way as well.
-
As long as Jaidi keeps turning it on like last Tuesday and Fonte is there, not so many problems but Seaborne is a bit of a disaster sometimes, gives away penalties that he doesn't need to and his reading of the game isn't good. Seaborne and Dickson gave away the 2 goals against Brentford (well Kelv helped) but really they can't be trusted in a Fonte less defence.I'm sure NA knows this because they were both dropped for the Huddersfield game.Harding is our best left back and Fonte+Jaidi is our best central pairing.

Comoli runs the hiring, firing and probably football strategy at Liverpool now, Hodgson just gets to train the first team for a few more days. Many of you don't know how Comolli works as a director of football but when he's in place the manager doesn't get all that much say in who gets bought and sold.Much of Tottenham's current side was built by Comolli, players who the fans said "who the firk is he(like Assou-Ekotto) but at the end of the day he digs up bargains most of the time.St Etienne signed 5 players last summer for about 150K in total, fans said we'll get stuffed but they've gone from 17th to 5th in the League and were top for a while.
-
I read somewhere that he'd probably go on loan in Spain, Zaragoza perhaps.Arsenal are probably looking to offload him in the summer and spain would be the ideal market. Won't make it at Arsenal anyway.
-
Why would he not,I'd think the manager is looking to a 4-4-1-1 system rather than staid old 4-4-2 so Guly is perfect for that. If Rickie can find form I'd think that all talk of finding a new striker is obsolete and Barnard will spend most of his time on the bench. Guly is a good player, makes things happen and we have plenty of attacking potential. If he stays and no-one goes maybe we won't have many signings at all, a centre back perhaps because Jaidi is a bit erratic and Seaborne and Martin don't really inspire confidence all of the time.
-
Bastards, perhaps we should all boycott them then.
-
Pity there's no build up video this week, we could at least see if he's still around.I guess we'll find out soon enough tomorrow though.
-
I don't doubt Charlton knew about all the problems but they were probably desperate for the revenue. The ref that looked at the pitch on Friday had sort of given them a provisional green light so they went ahead. If it had been a game against Oldham or Tranmere I'm sure they'd have postponed it earlier on.As I said the other day all these weather issues must be playing havoc with cash flow.1 home game a month won't pay many salaries, true the tickets are pre-paid in many cases but that's not everything.
-
you might, NA won't though.
