Nope pretty obvious from Saturday that Puncheon was finished with us for at least the time being.With AL out at the moment and the disastrous Dickson experiment we obviously had to do something about the left side in the short term.Plus he may well give us more attacking options than we have already all across the front line. looking forward to his partnership with Morgan because they should be on roughly the same wavelength from the outset..

Well it does really, all these signings have cost very little actual hard on the nail moolah. They're commitments to the long term but then again if you're thinking of selling up it's someone else's money you're committing anyway.By "not bringing in" I suspect paying in hard cash was the point in view.Not that it's necessarily right of course but if the Guly fee had gone out long ago and Chaplow was just 50K (about 1/3 of Saturday's TV match fee) then no real money has been spent in this window.
