not in football it doesn't, you can't just resign from a fixed term contract in any walk of life anyway.If you quit before the end of your contract your employer is entitled to compensation just as you are if the contract is broken by the employer for no valid reason.

except that I'd say that one or two players have gone slightly backwards since they've been here,not all but some. But then as you know I put that squarely down to to the coaching staff not been up to the technical level already existent in those players.

because they recruit people who are exceptionally good at finding things out for them. If you can get that sort of job with a top bookies then you could probably sail into 5 or 6 as well.
