agree...I thought pardew did a good job last year.....and got us some great players..and good luck to him at newcastle, although I dont give him long... I will be surprised if he is there by the end of next season....his hoof tactics started to show against stevenage the other day and playing the lone striker.. hay ho....all in the past

no matter what you think of him...he is clearly one of the greatest of all time... respect to that...even if he is a manc/jock bastard

pardew had lambert though (fully fit)...pardew had connolly.. its all ifs and buts......but I think we are now playing far more attractive football than we did last season... we will never know if pardew would have had us 2nd.....simply an opinion...we hardly set the world on fire at the start of the season.. what is a fact, nige got us to 2nd and possibly 3 points from the top if we win tomorrow playing some real fantastic football....some of the best (relatively) that I have seen at at saints for years

not sure I would want them to go down (assuming we carry on like this and go up) as games like this wont happen again one of my favourite SMS games....night game V pompey and it was a brilliant night... then again, I hate them....so yes, on reflection...I hope they die as a club
