    Good lad.
  5. Nick's gone native. Sad to see.
  6. So who’s picking the team and formation?
  7. Love the passion! Goa must have been thinking about you when he explained why he fell in love with the club.
  8. See link below. Keith Poole is widely considered the leading authority on political polarisation in the US. See also figure 1. https://www.journals.uchicago.edu/doi/pdfplus/10.1057/pol.2014.10 https://voteview.com/parties/all
  9. I've got some magic beans for you to count. You have to buy them off me first though.
  10. Yep especially as the Republicans in Congress are far extreme and partisan than the Democrats.
  11. I hear redz is going to do the fortnite orange justice dance the next time he scores just for you pal.
  12. I’ve got a ST and didn’t go to this one. Not surprised if others did the same.
  13. Fake news you thick bumpkin. No need to resort to lying, even if you're getting utterly ruined. To take one quick example- Leicester (from the site you've cited) Expenditure (2009/10-2011/12) Leicester: £22.91m Southampton: £10.13m Net Spend (2009/10-2011/12) Leicester: +£20.02m Southampton: -£8.17m In other words they spent £28m more than us over that 3-year period. I'll leave it there as you're quite obviously in distress
  14. Wrong again pal. Your table, leaving you seem to have forgotten when we got promoted to the PL, only includes sides in L1 over the period 2009/10-2011/12. Any sides that were not in L1 over that period are excluded from the table. That includes: Reading West Ham Birmingham Blackpool Cardiff Middlesborough Hull Leicester City Watford Derby County Burnley Ipswich Town Nottingham Forest Bristol City Barnsley There may be others. Grizzling over West Ham parachute payments is a red herring. My point was that in our championship promotion season there were better resourced/more aggressive clubs than us - its neither here or there where West Ham or others money came from. The fact is that they were able to outspend us. Finally when you take into account our sales, including AOC, our net spend was comparable to many L1 sides, even with the additional financial rewards and demands of promotion to the championship. Obviously we outbid L1 sides on wages but to repeat my point was about our championship season: when you add both wages and net spend, your characterisation that pI ssed all over the opposition like a tinpot Man City is plain wrong. Take a break pep. You've embarrassed yourself enough today.
  15. So for posterity lets clear things up. You produce a table purporting to show how we bought our way to the premier league - challenging my point that while we spent (net) a significant amount in L1, quite a few sides spent us in the championship. Your cute little table, designed to settle the issue once and for all: 1. Gets the dates wrong and includes our spend in the PL. 2. Only compares our spend with clubs in L1 over the period - excluding the vast majority of sides that were in the championship with us in 2011/2012 and were our main rivals for promotion to the PL. 3. Focuses on gross, not net spend, notwithstanding the fact that we lost key players in the turmoil of 2009 and sold AOC in 2011. Sterling work, pep
  16. In English? I didn’t say take out the season we got promoted from the championship. I said take out our first season in the PL. What was the net (not gross) spend of the other clubs in the championship in the 2011/12 season? Where’s West Ham etc? Seriously it’s hard to discuss any of this with you when you can’t even get the basics right pal.
  17. Meaningless table: why have you included 2012/13 our first season back in the premier league? It should stop at 2011/12. Schoolboy era little fella. And yes it’s entirely appropriate to look at what our rivals in the championship -West Ham, Leicester, Reading, Ipswich and others- spent (net) over the same period.
  18. All the replays showed he didn’t touch the ball. The pundits were in agreement that the ref got it wrong. We were very fortunate.
  19. Wrong pal - quite a few sides outspent us in the transfer market in the championship.
  20. The usual suspects #ruined
  21. You mean the penalty the ref missed?
  22. Of course, if you believe Les, it was the black box that spotted Pelle. That Koeman knew and managed him only tipped the scales a little bit more.
  23. Their second today had nothing to do with the flaws of zonal marking.
  24. Agree with most of this. Hoj, Lemina and Romeu should all be starting.
