  1. Spent the night in the 24hr Tesco Superstore. Not one of our finest awaydays.
  2. The way Colin’s chewing furiously on his gum, he’s going to swallow his tongue
  3. Looking forward to colin’s postmatch interview.
  4. Willian all by himself there. Ffs
  5. Are we out yet?
  6. From the Brighton fans at the game yesterday, they’d love for us to buy Stephens. He was getting plenty of abuse. We can do better (and frankly it’s not a position of need).
  7. Doesn’t look like he’s improved in the air since he played 4/5 years ago. If we were going to use him as a target man, Austin would have been a better bet. Gallager’s much more mobile yet we rarely hit balls down the channels for him to chase and stretch Brighton.
  8. #gooddaytoburybadnews
  9. Quote 1 has been her modus operandi long before she became PM - bar the jihadists, I can't think of someone less equipped or qualified for the job.
  10. Fess up lads. Which one of you is this?
  11. Shot down again
  12. Are 4g or single player offline games any less addictive than games for which you need a WiFi connection? At least, some games that require a decent WiFi are pretty sociable.
  13. Don’t worry Les withdrew his support for UKIP due to its further lurch to the right and is getting fully behind the new Brexit party - you know the party whose leader recently resigned for sending and retweeting racist messages.
  14. There better be a majority for something- my money would be on a permanent customs union but we’ll see. Impossible to tell.
  15. Glad you read it. No doubt there are plenty who didn’t and have consequently taken her message literally and are frothing all over Twitter about privileged white middle class attendees.
  16. Did you read the message at the bottom left?
  17. If you look at rival squads like Palace, they have a lower total wage bill than us but their top earners earn significantly more than our top earners. Every side needs a star or two (and to be remunerated as such). We’ve opted for quantity over quality and overpaid chasing potential.
  18. Difference is that leave marchers had to pay £50 for the pleasure of marching (unlike remain). Chumps. In other news, the author of the revoke Article 50 petition has received numerous death threats. Wonder if piano wire is involved
  19. I think he’s related to Guided Missile.
  20. Is Les (Terry) on LBC right now?
  21. Don’t think salaries are the primary issue - it’s the selection process which rewards party loyalty and tribal allegiance over everything else. Striking the right connections and demonstrating that loyalty involves plenty a lot of groundwork and mixing in circles that most people would never dream of.
  22. The headbangers have a harryesque ability to deny reality, to shift blame for their feeble, discredited analysis onto others - how May didn’t ‘believe’ enough in Brexit to make the threat of no-deal credible, how parliament undermined its force every step of the way etc etc.
