Where is the 'all of the above option'? There is no dichotomy between competitions. You either win matches, draw them or lose them. Winning in one competition does not mean you need to lose in another, unless you are a bullsh!t manager who believes in cliches.

One of the most impressive aspects of his play for me, is his supply. Some of his crossing and through balls this season have been superb. Not at all what I expected.

I don' think Perry will play a lot of games this season. Having said that I prefer Thomas to Trottman at the moment.

Not really. All the time goals conceded is fewer than goals scored, we win. Funny how it works like that... If we were a Strachan type side we would win 1-0. But we're not and I'm delighted we're not. I would rather win 3-1 and 3-2 than 1-0 any day.

If we reach the playoffs which is still well within our compass we will have outperformed Leeds. At the moment any comparison is meaningless irrespective of the different circumstances which have been ignored. If you want a real analysis of this season why not compare the performance to date against our previous six seasons...
