  1. At least his work rate should help.
  2. You're probably right. I'm just so angry. Christ, give me a shirt and I won't come off that pitch until I'm sent or stretchered off!!!
  3. Where SoG does that much needed belief and confidence come from? We have seen all this before. These kids do not have what it takes yet to dig deep because they do not have the reserves on which to call. They (unbelievably at this club) are not used to losing...
  4. This is an old tale that if you put a frog in boiling water he leaps out, but if you want to boil him just put him in cold water and start heating it... Reading the reactions on the OS from manager and players is frightening. It seems we don't get the seriousness of our situation - "things like that go against you when you are down here" "keep doing what we have been" "go into the next game hoping to turn it around".... and on and on and on... No. Things must CHANGE. Things don't just 'go against you'. And if you keep doing what you always did, don't be surprised when you get the same results!!!! When will the club wake up once and for all - really WAKE up. From top to bottom and understand that only two things will get us out of this mess. HARD WORK. If we go down with every player busting a gut and the coach sweating blood then fair enough. But all we keep seeing over the last six weeks is puff pastry. Big girls swanning around like gays at a pride march. Well fecking wake up you mingy, spineless little spoilt gits. Yes ALL of you. You are not fit to lick the mud off Ron Davies boots. Go back to the training ground. WORK HARDER. LEARN how to FIGHT. Then, and only then, come back and tell us what you have TRIED to get us out of this mess. I don't care whether you're 15 or 33 - ANYONE can give their all. Anyone. Until then, just clear off the lot of you. With your white boots.
  5. Looks to me like the players no longer know or care what the plan is. One or the other.
  6. He played the same team for three weeks running and we still lost. Face it. Failed chairman = lunatic idea = inexperienced coach + players not yet and maybe never good enough for league = losses and possible relegation.

  8. Oscar Gobern in the starting line-up? That tells you all you need to know. These players are NOT GOOD ENOUGH. We cannot play four professional players and seven kids every week and not expect to get tonked. Why oh fecking why do we persist with players who are just not experienced enough yet??? Oh yeah, because we have a grade A moron for a chairman.

  10. Look at the team atop League One and you will see it is no place for kids. Go down with this squad and we'll go down again. In this league you can play football and get away with it. Not League One.
  11. Mate if you can get her to have sex with anyone, you're the man we need to start our promotion campaign... cos you must be a frickin miracle worker!!!!
  12. No 45. Coming on with ten to go....
  13. LOL! any commentary fellas? Links??
  14. Well, good news from Fratton anyway. lol!!! See you next season skates!
  15. No idea. Are you due to have sex with the missus? Merry Xmas.
  16. Good start Not conceded yet...
  17. It is also quiet. Unless you know of a singing banana?
  18. norwich and watford both losing We need to capitalise Doesn't matter how - 3 points is all that matters today Even if we have to break some legs to get them
  19. Half-time, just before kick off, that's the best time. So, get the wording agreed eh lads?
  20. Then we have hope...
  21. But doesn't mean they selected the squad or bought the players, which I think we can all agree is Rupert's doing. So we are working with a limited talent pool (not that I have anything against most of the loans, apart from the lack of experience we have in key positions - CM and CF mainly).
  22. Nicholas - and ain't that the best name for this time of year - above all, I cannot believe there is a person who frequents this depressing corner of the interweb who does not wish the best for this club. Sometimes people get heated and angry and it boils over. Sometimes their own arrogance makes Lowe look a shy retiring type ( ) and we are ALL guilty of doing a Captain Hook! (going overboard). It's a bit of fun and banter. If we met in a boozer we would not doubt all be a bit more sensible than anonymity allows! Happy Christmas to you and yours mate. Here's hoping - Lowe or no - that we have a bloody spectacular 2009 and can stop worrying in March!!
  23. Cyanide, Semtex, Hydrogen Peroxide and Household Fertiliser, brake-failure, heart-trouble, skiing accident... oops, have a I given my job with the security services away.
  24. I thought about having one for the Reading game, but decided, what with the 3000 Reading fans not caring, that we coulod probably just leave empty seats among the 11,000 Saints fans to spell it out... Nick, you must be a loony if you think that an unfurled banner during half-time of the United game will make a blind bit of difference to the result, but tell you what, just for you - if we're 1-0 up and it's looking good for us, I'll keep it under my coat....
  25. Can one be created for the United Game? Worldwide coverage. What should it say? Club for Sale? Worst Chairman in the Land? Save our Club? Let's do something.
