I didn't miss the point, I don't believe there is one. I am by absolutely no means happy with Adkins being sacked, nor do I bemoan anyone for feeling completely ****ed off, however I do not see the point in focussing on an act of misjustice that will never be reversed. I realise no one believed that Adkins will be reinstated if they sing his name or protest, I just don't agree that there's still a point in doing it when the team's there to support.

Would be very interested to hear the views of a cross-section of Espanyol fans. Any chance georgeweahscousin? Cheers for that article btw. Interesting reading.

Seeing as our new manager has a reputation for looking to youth teams for potential first team players, and since we have already seen the somewhat unexpected emergence of Luke Shaw this season, are there any youth team players (u21 or u18s) that could be good enough to step up this season?

Yup definitely heard Valencia mentioned. And was touted as a possible Real Madrid boss.

Really don't know.

Can you do the goal against Middlesborough last season?!

See ya

Is he any good? I thought all their good players had been sold, hence Pochettink leaving?

Hope he coaches better than he plays

Oh come on. 1 year of Results doesn't tell u his ability. Neither this year nor his 'manager of the year' year can offer a true reflection of how he'll do here. No one knows, we'll have to wait and see.

:'-(

Yes I know that, but my point is if they've sold their best players that implies the ones they have left aren't that great. This bloke is one of those players that's still there.

Considering we've been repeatedly told today that Espanyol sold all of their good players, I'm not sure this is particularly exciting?!

Regardless of what sort of protest there is or whether the club can function without us, there is 0% chance of Adkins being reinstated, so whilst I don't think we should be happy with the decision, I don't think a protest will do much good.

Watching the full 90 highlights on Saintsplayer, Merrington couldn't wait to slag off Adkins leaving Lambert and Ramirez on the bench, especially when they didn't come on at half time.

Errr no that's not by all accounts is it?

Rui Fonte

You can't rip up a card!

It's certainly fair to say he isn't a Pochetitno signing.

10 years

All about Lance Armstrong at the moment!

They're not going to read it.

Can't we have both?

Where was that?

Have you not got anything better to do?
