Any ideas when Kelvin was injured? Given the lack of prepartion for Bart and the lack of a sub goalie I'm thinking it's a late change. Please give Bart a chance. Agree that it was a horrendous display but don't you all sometimes have a bad day in the officie? I'll back Bart for the Pompey game.

A bit far away to see too much and felt a bit like rubbernecking on the motorway but did anyone see what happened to the child that was rapidly carried out by a St Johns official after the second goal went in? Lots of people looked concerned, anyone know if the poor kid is OK?

Regardless of all the complaining that Brighton fans are doing about the penalties, Im sure that they would have been awarded a penalty if they had only got near the saints goal...

A great final 45. Forgettable first 45. Was very uncertain before kick off but glad of the 3 points. CMS was a bit of a handful but glad he didn't get any service from his team otherwise we'd have been in trouble. Great game, fans were definitely the 12th man (we don't need no referee on our side when we've got the fans!)

Icing on the cake for me ... daughter's primary school hands round a teddy bear each weekend to the (un)lucky parent so they can fill in a book with 'what we did with the bear this weekend'. Checked the book, last entry was someone taking the bear to Notharf Krap (and it's a lucky bear obviously cos they won that game). So, along it comes to the Saints game and we went to have pics with the players near the shop. Went in the club shop and lo and behold, they had the Carling Cup on display and allowed you to hold it. So, bloke looking after the cup asked if my daughter wanted to hold the cup, he stuck the bear in the top of the cup and the photo was taken. Any suggestions on the caption for the photo in the school book? (unfortunately it's a PO post code so come on, think up a good one!)

Empty 1L Bottle of gin, fill half full with sloes and then pour the gin in to the top and finally add the sugar. So, 1/2L of gin and 1/2 bottle of sloes - repeat until v v drunk
