  1. Was going to post something witty but by the time the forum loaded I'd forgotton what it was... Close to unusable. Maybe by the end of the season the forum might be sorted?
  2. Anyone know the score? Flippen had a bet on first goal to be 70+ mins - grrr
  3. Didn't it used to look like this?
  4. Was considering asking Barney if he'd fancy doing my garden given his recent performance on the turf. He goes down far too easily and the one time when he should have gone down in the 2nd half in their pen area he tried to stay up and failed miserably. He needs some strength. Ref was appauling. Nuff said.
  5. COYR - Do it for a lonely Saints fan listening to the match in an Italian hotel bar whilst on vacation and the sun is shining outside. Please make it worthwhile!
  6. I'm going to just forget the minutes between 25 and 50 today. That's where I was concerned with our performance. We can easily beat any team in the league if we're consistently chasing down the ball. We didnt' do that for 25 minutes today and it showed. However, overall very happy with the result, Harding's free kick was fantastic for the second. 55 minutes out of 90 we showed that we should go up. Was going to post the vids of where we hit the woodwork but the language on the vids reflected the frustration! So, just Lallana's goal (ish) : http://bit.ly/gBjWmU
  7. Sadly I agree with most posters. He's done well for us over the seasons but his positioning and confidence recently is leaking the goals. Bart might not be the answer - they say a change is as good as a rest but I'm concerned that Bart may not cut it in the Championship - he'll do for now but we need to have better options....
  8. Bart to start, Guly's too woolly. Good game no others to blame. The ref was heinous - what a complete ....
  9. But isn't that the point of reporting the post to have something done about it? It's more to do with the fact that there's no place for this on a football forum (There are many other sites where like people can stroke each others egos) where there are some younger generation who are impressionable and may be swayed by the drivel that the EDL are spouting out.
  10. Do what Steve Grant does at times like these.... use Twitter to post instead
  11. Because he keeps deleting the tweets - not sure if someone is slapping his wrists every now and then when he steps over the line. Anyhow, set Twitter to send any officialsaints tweets to your mobile phone and then as soon as they tweet you'll get a text and they deffo can't delete that
  12. Oh BTW. Plastic fan lesson one : Don't leave 5 minutes before the end of the first half so you can get a beer in the concourse Plastic fan lesson two : Don't then run back onto pitch side with your beer and start spraying it over everyone - remember that big bloke in red - that was me. ***T
  13. I only saw him make one mistake - much prefer Bart to Kelvin - Bart is so much more commanding in the air and I hope Kelvin is now ousted.
  14. You missed out Guly. Can't believe he wanted to ball hog and even pushed Chamberlain off the ball in their penalty area. However, Harding was fantastic, Chaplow played his heart out and I really enjoyed today. We were in no way outclassed and can look forward to promotion this year.
  15. Damn you Sky HD box - not rewinding once again - however, I'm sure Max said 'Oh that's the chairman Cortese' or something similar....
  16. Me's thinks he won't be allowed in the ground today after that showing on Soccer AM!
  17. But to infer that Cortese was messy and also that he didn't pay his rent to Benali as his landlord - hmmm
  18. Wow - silly Benali - if it's a legal case against Cortese why bring it up on Soccer AM ??
  19. Good to see the Brighton fans doing the 'we're not worthy' to Le Tiss.
  20. Two for the price of one
  21. Is that 500 ManU tickets with 500 linked tickets for the next game?
  22. Reckon I did my part to convince them at the JPT...
  23. Nope, I read it as 'If you are a STH then you already have a Carlisle ticket by default so you can get as many Utd tickets as you need now'. That's also backed up by their tweet on the 26th Jan : "RT @incongruousm: What does this mean for ST holder? Need to buy Carlisle tix?
  24. One thing throughout this though is that officialsaints twitter is confused about ticket purchasing and if they can't get it right how can they expect their customers to understand the rules? Last night, officialsaints replied with : "@TractorSaint I have been told that if you have a Carlisle ticket (eg STH) then you can come and get as many Utd tickets as you need"
