I think it probably depends on the rest of the trauma, I was quite ‘lucky’ that I didn’t damage any of the other structures in the knee tbh Shame for Stephens but the JS/JB partnership has never worked, JB + SC looked great yesterday and I expect we’ll now see JB + MH or even Wood which, imo is a better option overall

Not sure how much of a top target Archer is, but unfortunately regardless of whether we’re a better long term option the prem is always going to have an appeal McAtee is going to be a loan, so literally has no real risk for him Archer a bit more risk, but if he has any sense he’ll probably have negotiated some form of release

Wage bill makes more sense than spend in that sense, Downes, Holgate and Fraser will be on a decent wedge yet the ‘fee’ will probably be minimal I think the highest ever ‘spend’ in the champ was 45m or something and Villa finished 4th

If its an ACL then you aren’t really in any significant pain so Id imagine its that I actually went on and played another 20 mins after I did mine… before collapsing spectacularly when I tried to turn
