FWIW I wasnt condoning racism BTW as I find it abhorent. Was just hacing a moan at those that find it necessary to force their views on others by asking for shows etc to be cancelled just because its not their taste. There are around 900 other channels watch some other sanitised crap. I also dont watch TopGear

Im assuming that was sarcasm papster (not your post his)

This really, I think he is a decent prospect actually but he hasnt done enough for me for the price that Sunderland would want for him. I think he will do better staying at Sunderland for atleast another season and potentially get more game time and confidence. He has attributes to be very good, big, quick, technically able, strong and what is he 21 ?

 Nice work, he hasnt done too bad fishing on here, but proves himself an idiot, to think I even replied to this moron

I dont really like him, so I dont watch him, plenty do, fairplay to them. I find it all rather pathetic asking for people to get the sack etc just because you dont like them or thr program they are on. Stop whining and watch something else you whinging plebs

I agree bear, though Ive talked before about us employing a no risk strategy, we just dont, rarely we try to pop a ball over a defensive line, no long shots of any real frequency. Rarely do we even go wide and hit low crosses. I personally love the way we play but agreed, we need to at times employ a few risks such as a few pops from range.

Sort of this really, we have no real focal point up top right now, Lambert sits deep and Gallagher isnt a PL option yet. J Rod gives us the legs to get in behind. Possession is obviously very important. To the more astute its obvious that if you have the ball then its infinately harder for the other team to score, obviously you need to be wary of direct or quick counter attacks but all in all it enables a team to probe, tire the opponent and refresh. Im happy with the way we play, most realise we are a mobile front man short (what Ossie should have been)

He is just a troll fishing for a bite mate. Pathetic little man Dont worry about it

Wow, I thought you were a megahelmet but this pretty much confirms it

It is the irish, they might not realise he has played 25 times for them -
If he is sensible itll be to wait and see what budget and players he has to work with next year

Interesting if true but hardly surprising -

Transfer stories always have been and always will be the same, a boat load of sensationalisation to what will have possibly been a passing comment. I try to take any transfer rumours with a massive pinch of salt be it positive or negative. The written media tends to whore itself out to whomever is passing it titbits however so no surprise we have seen more negative now Cortese isnt using them as a PR spin. Whilst I very much hope otherwise though Im not ruling out a situation within which we could lose MoPo, Lallana and Shaw. We may have ambition (will see how much soon) but we dont have the sway financial or otherwise of the likes of Liverpool etc Still, as I suspected, it appears to keep our better players the staff (playing) want to see an intention to match their ambition. If we dont spend to progress I wouldnt blame them for leaving. -
Nah keep em coming

He is a good player but Mourinho isnt stupid, he certainly wouldnt ship out a good player just out of spite. He isnt the finished article yet. A lot of him being sent out though I believe is because of Lukakus want for 1st team action and Mourinho not being able to provide the levels he wanted, well, that and he wanted Lukaku to work harder etc. Personally I think Benteke is the better option and IMO isnt going to be overly enthralled about another season at an awefull club like Villa, Id break the bank for him.

Exactly, if only Eastleigh had a 50k seater stadium they'd be made -
I honestly think when he is at full fitness he is (or is very close to) the best CB in world football. The PFA TOTS however should be a full season of consistant form and in that sense it probably should be Koscielny

Well it isnt just me, majority of the written press and a large amount of very able coaches believe he is very very good. A good DM doesnt really need to massively quick anyway but his mobility for me isnt in question. The reason that most effective holding midfielders tend to be mature is because its a position that requires experience over most other attributes. He has that in abundance. Now I dont doubt he wont be in the squad for the next WC but right now he is genuinely the best we have.
-
Most people now generally agree just how good Gerrard is (unless they're a plank) and he has found a new lease of life playing as a DM. He is pretty much regarded as the best holding midfielder in Europe now. Jack though should IMO be there as his understudy. But then Ive always thought that ever since Rodwell retired at Man City. Wilshere, Henderson and Barkley are all arguably better players then Cork but he is more of a natural in that position then any of them. He really is a very good player.

He is primarily the footballing director and has major influence in all of those areas. He was brought in to give advice towards building up the playing/playing support departments which include training, scouting, medical sides, preperation etc etc I believe since NC left he has taken over contract negotiations for both players and staff. Whilst transfers such as Osvaldo have not been majorly successful its hard to argue against the fact that his influence has been majorly beneficial from improving training techniques to academy coaching, match prep etc and generally putting the blocks in place in order to make the team ultimately successful on the pitch. I for one think its been a good appointment
