Thats just wrong, indeed, makes clubs hoover up talent and makes the whole system unfair. Perhaps having limits on the amount of young players transfered in and ensuring that no loans for U18 year olds etc ?

This basically certainly would help out much more in 'our' structure then another structure as we have the facilities and coaches to improve players more than say the lower leagues. Im not sure that 'toughening up' is necessarily required either really, maybe for some players but certainly not all. I think the B leagues option will be far better for youth development or even a better managed youth league etc All v difficult to implement however. One thing though is its so refreshing to be one of the best clubs in terms of youth development arguably in Europe.

Once at work I had a moral dillema, do I risk the fart after a night on the beers and a curry ? I took that chance, grabbed the moment and accepted the consequences. Quickly my senses noticed a loosening, damn it man no I screamed in my own mind, a face of victory soon soured and the fear arrived at the same time that the triumphant trumpeting was now dampened to a moist bubble. An overwhelming sense of defeat snatched away my sense of enjoyment as I clamped shut my butcheeks and retired to the loo trying not to draw attention. Horror I found as my 'who ate all the pies' boxers were slowly removed revealing a scene on disaster, the scene of my regret. Hopefully others will learn from my mistakes. And yes..... I have moved on

We have an excellent team of quality young players, a progressive head coach, great academy, and 9th in the league (we were doomed just 5 yrs ago) So yes, just what have we got to fall out about ? Unless of course some just cant help going a few days without an arguement about something

This Always had tremendous feet but often made wrong decisions and ran down blind alleys. He has added tremendous workrate to his game as well as very much affecting games more than he did last year with his passing and general play. Top top player, we will be lucky to keep hold of him.
