He really really isn't, and i would actually question his footballing brain aswell, he done absolutely nothing in the game against Plymouth at the start of the season, in fact he should have been taken off for a bigger target man that could have actually 'linked' the play. The midfield just had absolutely nothing to play the ball to. As for the fact he was picked for a world cup squad in 2002, what a rediculous statement, you do realise its now 2011 ???

I thought he had a decent game TBF, he always looked a class above everyone else on the pitch, I love the way he makes so much space for himself and always manages to get away from his marker despite his lack of any real pace. That for me is the sign of a great player. DISCLAIMER - I AM IN NO WAY COMPARING LALLANA TO A CERTAIN PLAYER IN THE NEXT PARAGRAPH, I AM ONLY MAKING A COMPARISON. MY VIEWS ARE OF MY OWN AND IN NO WAY ENDORSED BY THE SAINTS WEB COMMUNITY. even though they should be He reminds me a little of Messi, in the fact that he is very direct, stamps his own style all over games and again isn't blessed with bags of pace. He seems so much stronger this season aswell, best piece of business we have done this year IMO.

Nice try, but he is clearly missing his notepad of stats

Any politician that was to step into the breach with the fallout of the past 15 years (which includes the worldwide meltdown not just Labours fiasco) was always going to have to make some tough tough decisions that were never going to please the masses, unfortunately they were ones that had to be made for the welbeing of good old England herself (and the lesser countries). I had absolutely zero faith that stumbling ol Gordon was ever going to do anything. Personally, most of it is just the fact that Politics turns people into utter retards, unable to make a reasoned arguement unless it supports their chosen party. Unfortunately big dave has also made himself look a bit of a pillock, mainly by trying to act 'cool' and 'hip' and 'down wid the kids'

I thought it looked a little bit like Cortese TBF. If i were to guess, i would hazard it was Hypo, but then i doubt he ever leaves the house.

What utter crap.

We hoofed, i agree, but it is difficult attempting to break down a side that was so commited to not letting us get passed 10-20 yards into their own half. The second half yes i agree, we looked far far better and could have easily scored more than 3 goals. But it wasn't really dodgy, it was just not up to the same level of quality as we showed in the first half. I don't remember Wednesday ever really looking like they could score TBH, i was distinctly unimpressed by a side supposedly trying to get out of this league.
-
Maybe I am a cynic but i would put money on teh fact that the deal has already been done.
-
Not really dodgy, we never looked like shipping a goal. Second half though we really kicked off, all over Wednesday.

He played from the start ? I thought they made him change them before kick off ?

I f*cking hate MK Dons, and quite like the Posh, unfortunately we need the Dons to win.

For a start the money has not dried up. Secondly the January transfer window was never a good place to attempt to do business, look at the big deals that happened in the Prem, massively overpriced and the reason for this is because of teh fact that teams do not want to destruct their seasons midway through and so the cost for that is a pretty premium. Add this to the fact that at the time we had Guly, Lambert scoring, Barnard still putting in decent performances and the majority of the squad in a very good place. Morgan, Hammond and Chaplow were all fit, do you really think it would be necerssary to bring in another CM ?? Of course it would have been great for us the fans but would have caused a lot of competition at a time it didn't seem we needed it. We added 2 new wingers, one of whom could do a job upfront (apparantly). I would stop threating over the fact that we were reportedly in for Brian Howard, I stop bothering to read reports in the papers these days, especially the dirty little rag the echo (can't remember the last time they had any integrity). Sure, he would be a decent signing, but even if we were in for him we don't know the terms of any deal, would you agree to pick up his 20k wages at the dismay of the rest of the squad ? Would you be the first to bemoan the destruction of squad harmony if this happened ? We have money, I seriously believe that, we will have to wait until the new season to see that though. IMO a lack of any real movement if we get promoted would surely show this to be the case.

If NC is indeed looking at creating the new computerised turnstiles for the inclusion of the ST installment plan then perhaps a part of the deal was to provide integration and maintenance of such a scheme ?? I myself am not too bothered, we are league 1 club and we were never going to attract big big business, anyone thinking that would have been the case would be slightly mental. -

I can't understand it, we are a massive MASSIVE club on the world stage, just look at the teams we play and the league we are in. -
Brings a tear to my eye that you have quoted me in your location

Which part is catchy ?

I am going to go out on a limb and say that you are again going to get another one wrong. Alternatively, you may be in for a Smirking_Saint apology.
