Its all about the diet really, I worked really hard in the gym and noticed I was losing a lot of weight, then I stopped at the gym when I moved house for around 2 months and was still losing weight, basically I realised this was down to the fact I had sorted my drink and eating habits out. Lost about 2 1/2 stone now and am trim again after my knee injury. The gym will get you fit and toned but eating and drinking right will get you slim.

Always thought the river inn does pretty good grub, aslong as you go at the right time of the day. That said, its not really a drinking pub. -

TBF I don't think Hypo admitting this changes anything....................at all -
I don't post on one of the million other forums, I post on this one, one that I have seen slowly strangled over the past couple of seasons by intolerance and namby pamby posters who would rather report and **** and moan rather then join in the banter or just place people on ignore. I do struggle to see how these people cope in real life, after all there are no report buttons on the pub or in clubs etc. It matters as slowly the life is being sucked out of this forum, and ok, if you would rather post on a lifeless and soulless forum then so be it, but just as long as someone doesn't post some sarcasm on a thread about the life of snails eh ? I don't agree that anyone should be banned, and in all honesty Dune is one of the posters that is really close to the knuckle on this forum, he hasn't been banned, nor should he be.

Yeah but I think you can claim the tax back

Spot on mate, Capello spoke a good game of ringing in the changes in the England camp and went on to do completely f*ck all about it. I couldn't care less about England any more, the Euro's should have been about blooding and testing a newer younger bunch of lions, instead we continue to parade the same old underperformers in order to swell the coffers of an already too fat and interfering FA piggy.

She told me she'd done some charity work before.

Hes going to report you for that........

Or people could just man up and ignore him. After all, its not like he stuck his head through your window whilst your telling the kids father xmas isn't real is it ?? Its the f*cking internet about threads such as 'wonders of the solar system', TBF if someone brought that topic up in the pub you sort of expect a few sarccy comments, if you didn't your a ****

You really are a pompous, arrogant, humourless t*sser. I really hope your not like this in real life, you must be the life and soul

There are many very sad humourless people on this site, I expected it from the site hero (librarian) but not so much from stanley. -
Not really, if I don't like something I just click off of it, I don't understand people that just click the report button, I mean FFS grow a backbone, answer back or ignore it. As for the Admins, your killing the forum, though considering your increasing distance from it and your new 'projects' I have wondered if you really give two sh*ts any more.
-
I expect it was the work of the forum hero Hypo. Either that or the fact that Granty and Boj don't like humour.
-
Its f*cking pathetic, this forum is slowly becoming lifeless and humourless. In fact these days its bloody boring, completely devoid to the life it had when I first started posting, look at the amount of posters that have left or been banned. Deppo permanently banned for having a sense of humour ? pathetic

Whats Deppo done now ?? Bring him back you b*stards -
TBH, another big part of this would be to break the stranglehold that domestic football teams have over international tournaments, the amount of players that have pulled out of U19's and U21's is rediculous. These are competitions that most of europe holds in high regards and our players seem to treat it with disdain.

No more than 2 pages, don't go OTT and just ensure that whatever job you are applying for has a CV tailored towards it. For instance, if I apply in the future for a job in the electrical distribution industry they don't need nor want to know about my previous IT experience/training/qualifications. That said, if you are just going to post it up on the net then make sure that you have the keywords within your CV that can be easily traceable if employers do a search, I.E you want to turn up on as many searches as possible. (obviously don't just bullet point a load of buzzwords). If I get a CV, I want to know relevant experience, training and qualifications, any big projects you have been involved in and perhaps a background about yourself, I don't really care if you have a dog and like music TBH, your CV gets your foot in the door basically, but you will be ultimately judged on your interview.

TBF, we are in the middle of two extremes. Last year was a bargain in reality, and this year is a probably a little expensive, when you compare the two though it makes it look like daylight robbery.
-
I would pose an arguement that Pearce has the ability to improve our first 11, but TBF I do agree with you, especially at the price that Pearce is likely to cost it would be more prudent to sign players as an improvement. I was very impressed with Pearce however, thought that he looked very good. Seaborne IMO isn't as bad as many people think but is still not good enough for the level we want to be at, Martin has looked good at points, but he hasn't played enough to prove himself IMO. What about Evatt from Blackpool ?
-
Definately, I thought he looked very good and committed in the playoff games, can play a little, loves a tackle and good in the air, what a brilliant understudy he would be for Jaidi
-
I suppose they are a little pricey, but then they will be vindicated if they make an obvious and concious effort to get us promoted to the premiership. A few decent signings and the commencement of the new training complex should make the majority happier.

Leave me alone, been up since 5 trying to get some lights back on

True, but there fault for being old

Your 10 year old should surely be charged as an under 11 ?
