Having played upfront and done it, and centre half against it. There is nothing worse than playing against an annoying B*stard that chases down your every ball and gives you no time on it. He hussles and bussles, wins balls, creates space and causes confusion. That is what he is there for, in order to disrupt the oppositions attacks, win free kicks, get the ball back and be a nuissance in the box. The fact that he isn't a bad player at all at this level and is scoring goals is a definate plus. Also the fact that you have picked Lambert up on the fact that he is playing well but people are still slagging him off is surprising, he is a shadow of the player he was last year. Ok, he has a decent first touch and pass but he is not working hard at all and 9/10 his flicks go to noone.

Brighton have won the league, so lets just forget about them as there is just NO WAY we are going to catch them now. As for the other teams, we only have to keep churning on and on and we will be promoted. So nothing to worry about surely ?? We aren't playing catch up and won't be even if P'Boro etc win their games as we have games in hand. The league table means nothing until all games are played.

nce in my younger days when we used to drive about a lot we were passing through Millbrook, our mates behind us were beeping at us and flicking V's, all just messing about. We got to the Totton/M271 roundabout when my mate decided it will be funny to pretend we didn't know the guys behind us, he was in the passenger seat and as he had been picked up from college after hockey grabbed his stick. He got out and started pretending to swing it at our mates behind us. The lights went green and we both drove off, leaving him stood in the middle of the roundabout with a hockey stick in the air. I found it slightly amusing.

You will p*ss level 1, although i think its a little bit more expensive then it was back then. If you have any amount of ability i would imagine you will be pretty bored doing the course, also if the classroom stuff is anything like mine then pretty much give the answers (even though you don't need them) Level 2 is worth the money though, its a bit more technical and involved, you'll enjoy that one. Basically you just need to find someone that runs a coaching business and see if they need anyone, it is pretty rewarding but i don't think you will be able to quit a job to do it full time if i am honest. Might be worth asking Saints in the community or whatever they are called now, i used to do some work for them and they were always on the lookout for new people. To take it any further though you will need contacts, level 3 and luck IMO. The money is not too great either TBH. Other than that i wish you luck mate, i would definately recommend doing some part time work atleast anyway as it is very rewarding.

Thats a great plan. The only flaw being that we are currently not in the NPC and so its not quite that easily to get top level NPC players to drop down into league 1.

I am actually f*cking gutted TBH. I was hoping so much i would be ok for this, part of me is saying just go for it as it will be ok, but my head and knee is saying its just not worth the risk.

TBH, all the above responses are very very good, but IMO the one thing that will get you everywhere in life is confidence without coming across as arrogant. Its about being the best person for the job and knowing/showing that you are the best person, research the company, think about the questions they will ask and some you wish to ask them, think about what they want. The preperation will definately help and should help to calm you down. You want to be able to answer the questions, no waffle, no bullsh*t and yes, of course if you don't know what the answer is don't mess about, say something like i don't know the answer but it may be this for example. It gives the impression that you won't just guess at things but have the balls to try. Always walk in and offer your hand to them with a smile even if they don't offer you theirs. Try and be yourself, and as much as CV's and interviews are about bending the truth and making yourself look good never ever lie, especially ones you will be found out about IF you are hired or they ask you more about that subject.

Too soon i reckon, technically i would be ok, but i still don't want to test the knee that early, if it was July i would be in. Next year again
