I have always thought he was a good player but he has had a really bad season, i agree that the tactics have not helped or the fact that he has been singled out as the 'old head' was a very good point. As i said a while ago the boy is seriously struggling with form and IMO needed to be dropped and let him get it out of his system, problem was with Wotte keep playing him i believe it damaged his confidence even more, some people can play through bad form others simply can't and i believe AS was in the second category. He will bounce back, i believe he has had a child (although i may be very wrong here), he is young and been given too much responsibilities, and he is in the middle of his club litterally dieing.

Just proves that with people power the government has to listen. Unfortunately i would only support a splinter club if there was no saints any more, Lowe or not southampton are my team (although if it comes to RL coming back i couldn't see it lasting much longer anyways) If however it comes down to this i will be right behind it.
