  1. Yeah, I’ve noticed the whispering about the Guvnor too. Dave and Adam also seems to have developed an annoying habit of referring to Danny Ings as “Ingsey” in commentary lately, which seems a bit over familiar to me. So far, they have stopped short of referring to Redmond as “Redders” tho.
  2. Has been really good this season so far, really stepped up his level from last year. But that was stupidity of the highest order today and shows he still has a regular weakness for those sort of unnecessary over the top tackles. Needs to eliminate that from his game because he’s let everyone down by not being available for the next 4 games which will be a big miss and potentially could cost us vital points.
  3. Come on mate. A defeat against the champions isn't the best time to make a judgement about the manager. Things will get better, but it was always going to take time, especially as Ralph wants to radically change the tactics. He will need support from the club in January though to freshen up the squad (shifting players out just as important as bringing them in). Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  4. Still think we can stay up but the last 2 games has reinforced what a task Ralph faces to turn this team around. What worries me most is whether he can walk the line between being tough with the players (which most agree is required) but still install a good team spirit. Will be difficult and the January window will be key. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  5. Red all day long I'm afraid. Mental given the game is lost. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  6. Idiot. And the crowd applaud him off. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  7. Appallingly easy for City to pass it through us there. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  8. Really? Clearly not his interpretation. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  9. To be fair, pathetic if our fans were booing him. Not his fault we can't defend. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  10. Jesus. Are we trying to concede 6? Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  11. He’s been pictured in training regularly over the last couple of weeks. Does he only get injured on match days?
  12. Yep, agree it doesn't make much sense not including him when the other options are so limited. Valery, whilst promising in the long term, was cruelly exposed at times tonight, which cost us. He's just not ready or confident enough at this high level yet. Got to think a move is in the offing in my opinion otherwise don't get why he's not at least been on the bench. 13. A shame for him having just made a breakthrough. Reckon he would have been first sub on again tonight if he was fit. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  14. I think Ralph has done great so far and I've got confidence that we will be fine this season, although in the short term, we may drop back into bottom 3 with our upcoming games. But I do think he made a mistake today playing Valery up against Andersson who was always going to be the main threat. He subbed him in the Huddersfield game and I thought it was quite likely he would be exposed in this one against better opposition. What we don't really know is what is going on with Cedric. It seems he is fit so possibly a move is being lined up? Otherwise can't understand why we haven't seen him in the squad in last couple of games. If Cedric does go, this game reinforces that we really need to sign at least one quality right back, possibly 2. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  15. And irrespective of whether it should have been a penalty we should be able to defend our goal from our own corner FFS. West Ham were by far the better side and our goal to go in front was fortunate and against the run of play. No complaints. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  16. I know Valery is young but today shows he's not ready for this level. Stephens or Cedric in for next game please. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  17. Get Austin on for Armstrong. Long won't score. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  18. We have certainly missed Hojbjerg. Use of ball by Rom and Lemina not good enough today. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  19. Or they just ARE ****e at defending whoever the manager is? Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  20. You just can't defend like that at this level. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  21. Good strike but no closing down. Patchy performance from Romeu so far. Looks a bit off the pace to me. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  22. Need to impose ourselves more across the middle somehow. Romeu and Lemina struggling to keep up with West Ham at times and not getting much help from the full backs. Wonder if Ralph may consider taking off a CB and putting extra Midfielder on? Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  23. Got to think he must be on his way given he's been back training for a while now. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  24. Yeah, I guess you would have to go with whatever Ralph is seeing in training. Ideally you would want Ings in this one rather than City but if it's too much of a risk injury wise then not worth pushing him too hard. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  25. Not sure if that's based on anything concrete or just assuming he will start because he came on and scored. I reckon it will be Lemina for Hoj and possibly Stephens or Cedric for Valery, but otherwise unchanged to start. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
