  1. This is judge who's quite happy to upset the status quo. If only I knew what that was though. If you believe factlessallen and the pdt then the world wants pompey to survive (with Nottarf Krap), yet if you talk to anyone else in football then you'll know they want them held accountable for years of cheating. He's going to upset someone anyway
  2. All of the above?
  3. "I can promise you this club will not fold whether we win or lose. We are here to defend a piece of national heritage." What happened to trust or bust, and we're not buying the club without the ground. Just another group of misleading liers spouting bull****. How is that any different to any of the previous owners then??? Silly me. Why should they try honesty when they can issue idle threat after idle threat to force players, creditors and charities to forego the money they're owed. What a w*nker the new guy is. He should fit right in.
  4. Referee change Moss for Atkinson
  5. The guy is a prize c u n t He has a cr4p management record and very soon he will disappear from the management roundabout without trace, and good riddance.
  6. .... against slightly worse opposition (just slightly!)
  7. Nice thought re Morgan playing for England, but that isn't going to happen. Didn't the French change their rules of not selecting any player who plays below the second tier to accommodate him when we were in L1? First of all they didn't pick him to try to force him to move to a higher league, and when he said fine don't pick me then they changed their rules and picked him anyway edit... I'm talking about France U21 obviously but I'm sure he'll be a big player for the main France team in the long term. Just hopes he's still with us rather than Arsenal
  8. I admit to having a fairly 'interesting' imagination but no, the image I had in mind wasn't naked. Even my imagination wouldn't chose to visualise you naked More like broken, blood soaked and clad in blue with gobsh!te written on your front. ...or did you mean factlessallen would be naked? That's even worse
  9. You're alive!!! That's a relief. I had visions of you being dragged through the streets of skatesmouth by a mobility scooter driven by factlessallen
  10. I'm now getting worried for Trousers. I don't believe it's ever been so long between his posts. 4943 would be a tragic number to finish on being so close to the 5000 (albeit, not a tragedy of the proportion that our fishy friends are enduring)
  11. This thread has gone quiet because our investigative reporter Trousers has disappeared. Has he fallen into the hands of the skates? Has factlessallen kidnapped him and tortured actual real information out of him? WHERE"S TROUSERS!!!
  12. That really is the story of Steve De Ridder right there
  13. Why do they think that other clubs which have served their punishment, in some cases particularly harsh punishments (Bompey), are going to pick the more lenient option for pfc? Weird.
  14. Could that be 3 centre backs with Shaw and Cork playing left / right wing back. The 2-1-2 with the other 5 (Ramirez as the one?) Any ideas on formation?
  15. PKF must be sure there's going to be enough money there to pay their fees then.
  16. I think I read that she recently got divorced (messily) Maybe her new partner isn't in the tax field but her old one was?
  17. Better than that. There's no CVA's in the conference. ALL debts must be paid in full if you want to bring a club out of administration in the Conference. Now that's the way to deal with the Football Creditors Rule. Every penny to every debtor
  18. You mean FL not FA ...and also this points deduction IS for failing to honour a CVA, not failing to agree one
  19. That's odd. Everyone else expected it to drag on this long
  20. It's certainly far easier to be successful when you set the bar really low...
  21. Why has everyone suddenly decided that the Judge will rule in their favour?
  22. They can start selling season tickets as soon as they take over and I'm sure the HNWs will put their hands in their pockets again if the sale is complete
  23. I don't think the PDT are using the extra £4m, or in fact any of the parachute payments, to buy the club. They're using the money in the club (inc the £4m) to pay the debts 'of the club'. It's a case of distinguishing between the money to buy the assets of the club (pledges, pcc loan, hnw loans, etc) and the money to pay the debts (parachute payments and f*ck all else) They could borrow money secured against the assets of the club to buy it like you would use a mortgage to buy a house (Manure), but they can't use the assets of the club or cash within the bank account of the club (that don't belong to them) to buy the club. It's a fine balance but I guess it's confusing for some because all the +'s and all the -'s keep getting lumped together by people They can use some of their money to pay the debt, but they can't use the clubs money to buy the club Or am I wrong?
  24. If Chinney, HMRC and the PFA are all in favour of the Harris bid, then that's about 95% of the creditors. Says something about the law of the land when the preferences of so many of the people being shafted has no bearing on the decision
