A pretty elegant statement of self-defeating absurdity! Of course we're 'insignificant' measured in the terms we, as humans, have devised to measure the universe. But that's rather the point. Ever heard of the anthropic principle? That the universe exists just the way it does so we can observe it?
How else but from a human perspective CAN we observe the world? So to ask if it matters if humans, the solar system, and the universe, etc., cease to exist is bonkers. Who, apart from us, decides what matters?
I can only think of one reason you might persist with the 'insignificance' argument, in which case I think you'll need this:
