  1. I can tell you, first-hand, that story is complete nonsense.
  2. It's also completely untrue. Like a lot of these idiotic whinges, the wailings about 'political correctness' are mostly based on fantasies dreamed up by the tiny minds who feel squashed by not being able to hurl volleys of cathartic abuse at whomever they wish.
  3. Why? Do you think dune and turkish would make a nice bonfire? And what is this "child" you speak of? Does its name begin with "h"?
  4. Fascism is a combination of the denial of civil rights common in all liberal democracies (including right of assembly, universal suffrage, the principle of equality before the law, etc), state-sponsored repression (including the routine use of torture and other means of silencing civil opposition from the populace), militaristic rule (and the concomitant imprisonment, killing and torture of democratic political figures), and a political ideology suffused with the idea of political centrism and leftism as contagion - all yoked to a ferocious nationalism or 'volk'. All of this led to your evidently favoured outcome - the Holocaust.
  5. Far from 'getting my knickers in a twist', I think it IS an issue when anti-semitic stuff gets posted on here, don't you? Or is it part of your argument against 'political correctness' that ANY abuse directed at other ethnic and religious groups should be given free reign? This is the problem with those who rail against 'political correctness'. Their arguments have a vicious circularity to them. It's a bit like the Freudian analyst-patient dialogue, where the analyst says: You're crazy. And the patient replies, No I'm not. Only for the analyst always to win the argument with: that you say that just PROVES that you are. Not one poster on here has actually defined political correctness; it is, basically, whatever they say it is - or whatever it is they viscerally hate. It seems to me a thin disguise for an overwhelming desire to be able to abuse someone - anyone - with complete impunity. And all kinds of fabrications are advanced as a justification - like that hopeless piece of idiotic fantasy that people have to say 'coffee with milk' rather than black coffee'. A complete fantasy, advanced by complete mediocrities. In the end, though, even the attempt to deny ground to the wailers and gnashers against 'political correctness' is seen itself as political correctness.
  6. Not only is this a travesty as an account of the work of the Frankfurt School; it's a thinly veiled piece of rabid anti-semitism: the idea that those nasty Jews - even worse, SOVIET Jews - are the ones responsible for the decline of Western civilisation. That such crap should be retailed here as gospel is preposterous - and as good an indication as you can get of the dangers of trivial trawls through google. Much nearer the truth is that Max Horkheimer, Theodor Adorno and Herbert Marcuse were among a small group of Jewish intellectuals in Weimar Germany warning persistently about the dangers of Nazism. Horkheimer and Adorno's 'Dialectic of Enlightenment', published towards the end of the war (and from the exile in Princeton), was the summation of their early ideas. The work is actually a detailed philosophical analysis of the relationship between the Enlightenment and what they call 'instrumental reason' (it would take longer than a few paragraphs to explain). Marcuse's work - most of it published in the late 1950s - contained many of the ideas subsequently taken up by the counterculture movements of the 1960s. They were about as far from Soviet 'Marxism' as you could get - and were actually about upturning conventions that were the 'political correctness' of the day. Let's talk when you've read Dialectic of Enlightenment - much better than posting anti-semitic bilge on here, wouldn't you say? And when you've read it, perhaps you could try to substantiate a single claim about 'political correctness' in that ludicrous article by referencing quotes from the original texts.
  7. Yeah, he's good and the band is usually superb - he really knows how to put bands together. I just wish he hadn't lost a certain amount of that fire in his playing - it's all beautifully, technically right, in a slightly enervating way. I don't want to sound critical - I think he's one of the greats. But there's no law that says you have to lose your edge - as Jeff Beck has proved time and again.
  8. Over to me for what, you racist creep? I loathe the Islamic fundamentalist grouping in the UK and have had rather more contact with them than you. I've been threatened by them, my wife has been attacked by them, my son is pestered by them constantly at his university. You'd better ask the UAF about why they'd tolerate a cretin like Choudary - I don't feel the need to justify something I abhor. You, on the other hand, the pretend 'moderate', are perfectly happy to see Asian shopkeepers and women abused, beaten, and their property damaged, so that you can show your 'frustration'. Happy with that, are you? Over to you, racist piece of ****.
  9. I'm not going to defend Choudhary - who the **** would. He's an even worse piece of **** than you. But unlike you I don't think it's worth beating Asian shopkeepers and women to pulp to make my point. (Of course that's what you'd LIKE to do by falling in with the EDL. But you're all talk. At least that's something)
  10. Utter, utter crap - and either you know the reality and are being a manipulative little creep (or trying to be) or you're just another racist thug who isn't worth a damn.
  11. So your whole point in starting this thread is to say there are good neo-Nazis and bad ones, and we should recognise which is which. Utter crap. The minute the EDL sets foot in public it is looking for a fight. And the people they want to fight are invariably Asian shopkeepers and young Asian women. If someone decided to come down your street and terrorise you and everyone in it, just so that could express their 'frustrations' would you find that acceptable? As I say, you are a worthless piece of ****.
  12. Just so you know, you piece of ****, the NF's calling card was to visit on Asian and black people a level of violence you'd only see in your worst nightmares. Don't you ****ing DARE tell me the NF was about 'genuine concerns'. Go **** yourself.
  13. But I know where solentstars is coming from. This stuff has a long, deeply sordid history.
  14. To their credit, the Daily Mail has always had a pretty clear-headed attitude to the EDL. They are, as the article says, every bit the mindless racist imbeciles that dune would have the more gullible believe otherwise. Either dune is a fully-paid up racist or is naive in the foolish extreme to call this gang of vicious little creeps 'moderate'.
  15. No, he rarely plays acoustic on stage these days. Spends much more time than ever revisiting his Cream/early solo stuff.
  16. What? That you're Nick Griffin's fluffer?
  17. How a twisted racist like you can wrap yourself in the flag is beyond me.
  18. What ARE you talking about? None of your three sentences connects to the other. Really - I've tried to make sense of it but have given up.
  19. So your ignorant name-calling doesn't count as abuse? Who, then, are all these 'facsists', 'Nazis', Big Brothers? Coming onto a thread advertising neo-Nazis, and calling me and others by such names is, as I say, not merely beyond debate; it's beyond contempt.
  20. If you could only bring yourself to read to the end of a two-line post you wouldn't have found the need to respond. I guess you enjoy the EDL's 'banter' though, and hilariously view anyone who objects to such violent behaviour 'a fascist'. You are beyond debate because of your hysterical reach for the 'Nazi' button every time someone says something that actually makes you think about the consequences of your own actions and words.
  21. Baj, posting the 'constitution' of a violent racist organisation is tantamount to false advertising. Opinion is one thing; this kind of gross and deliberate distortion is not. I would ask that you remove it - especially since the EDL is a known recruiter among Saints fans, and since one of its organisers was unmasked on here for doing a similar thing.
  22. I realise you've not been entirely serious. So I shall amuse myself by calling you Depot from now on. I hope it hurts.
  23. Free speech is one thing. Being allowed to post on here the constitution of a racist and violent organisation, some of whose leading members have been jailed for said offences, is entirely another.
  24. Not really. M3, M25 then A40 is best. Both the latter can get very busy, but so can the rat run alternatives. Travel for night shifts will be a lot easier.
