Been down and picked up my bus ticket had an e-mail saying it could be collected from 12pm today on bus 15 leaving at 11am.

Another thing when you go to the ticket office the time it takes them to do anything makes me think that they are under orders to make sure that every transaction takes a least 16 mins so everyone has to pay a £1 for parking.
