Cork to sign a three year contract Monday...................................but who with?
-
There are already a number of council departments out sourced as my daughter works for one of them.
-
My wife retired in December of last year after the best part of thirty years working for the council, the job she did was front line dealing with the public in a local housing office the abuse she used to get at times was way out of order she had been swarn at and even had threats of violence just because some scrote would rather spend his/her money on drink and fags rather than pay their rent. Is she glad to be out of it, yes she is and she did get a good pension she paid in for it.
-
If they carry on much longer I am considering with holding payment of my council tax as a good number of other people are.

Toomer replied to Matthew Le God's topic in The Saints
Sky ITO must think we are two of the teams that will be there or there abouts come the shake up. -
Like some of her music but as a person I can't stand her, give her a few more years at tops before she ODs.

Will be a welcome return Daren, see you on the bridge in your Crombie:)

Will miss the Watford home game as we are away, thank christ we have not got Fish that day. -
The Planet Bar up the top at the blunt end you can sit at a table that feels like you are sat out over the water and you can look the full length of the ship. We did the first sitting so you do the show then off to one of the bars where there is entertainment.

You will enjoy the Azura we were on her in April, C Deck (10) nice large balcony. If there is one fault it is that you can not walk all the way round on the prom deck, cabin steward and waiters in The Perninsolar Restaurant were great.
-
You are right and wrong IMO, we were relegated on the pitch, but with the grim reaper of administration larger than life round the corner did not help because Lowe and the other monkeys in charge at the time did not have the clout to invest in the club.
-
Do it, we did our first one in April enjoyed every day of it.
-
Mrs Toomer and I went on a 7 night cruise on the Azura in April and we are off on a 11 night cruise on the Independance in about 15 weeks time and we have already booked up on the Ventura for May next year.

My wife worked for the council for 30 years (housing dept) and retired just before christmas last year and is so glad she got out.

Ricketts closer to signing than we thought then?
Toomer replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Ricketts, can't you get a cream or something for that now. -
Paid £277.00 last season. was expecting to pay £350.00 so £380.00 is about a 37% increase at about £16.50 per game.

If he had used that at our place, I think he might have got the Wok round his head.

We had a young lad join our company in January, whilst in a department heads meeting he started using some of the above, I looked at my MD with a smile on my face, he said to me say what you are thinking P***. I look this lad in the eye and said "Paul if you can't speak in feckin English don't speak at all, my MD then said I would not have been so blunt but please note we don't use terms like that here.
-
IMO it is a re-hash of an old story, smacks of the Echo needing something to fill the back page with.
-
Bloody hell I thought he had hung his boots up.

Don't give a shilt who wins, I support one team and one team only and they are not playing tonight.
