  1. No, go on 'forum actions' - it's just under podcast, then click 'edit avatar' which is on the left hand side. HTH
  2. Barney won't go down, but even if he does, Connolly and Oxo offer something different up there
  3. what a Gentleman he is. Great interview Peach!
  4. Very pleased that he is now a true touring member on our bus rather than a casual day tripper. I'd be interested to know how much he cost us if anyone claims to be ITK on this?
  5. Yep. Remember we beat Charlton, MK Dons and Carlisle in the televised JPT matches last season. The sky curse is no more I tell you!
  6. I'm not sure that I wouldn't rather Peterborough lost tomorrow if we win. I think at the moment a 4 point cushion in the top two might be more valuable than top spot. Having said that I have waited a long time to see Saints top of any league... EDIT ignore me, this doesn't make sense. I was getting Peterborough mixed up with Hudders. A win for us, a win for Peterborough and Walsall beat Huddersfield would be the perfect day!
  7. To be fair Alpine, you seem to revel in being the controversial one. I don't remember you ever agreeing with the majority. You should try it, it's fun over here!

    Harding or Dickson?

    lol
  9. No, don't be stupid. Have you seen how many clubs are going to the wire right now? The financial climate is appalling and I for one hope that the club is 'run within it's means' as NC promised. We have the star players, we have the best squad in the league, we have the manager and we have the right man in charge in NC. We don't NEED signings, we NEED to not end up like we were a few years ago. Do you not remember that we were days away from losing our club?
  10. If this is the club's stance on transfers then I'm happy. Sure, a big signing will be great in the short term but financial stability is the most important thing right now.
  11. I feel really sorry for Bournemouth fans. Really really not on from EH. So much for 'the most loyal man in football'! edit: good news for us though, they will slip away now along with Charlton imho
  12. Still have a shirt with his name on it somewhere! Good luck Marian!
  13. If Lallana is out then Dickson will move into LM ahead of Puncheon IMO. Although I suppose Dickson has proved himself to be mightily effective off the bench
  14. I believe he was born and raised in Portsmouth and was a big fan of the blue few. Chamberlain snr made the decision to send him here instead because a) he was a coach here at the time, and b) we could offer him so much more in terms of support, infrastructure etc. It's a similar story with James Ward-Prowse who is also a boyhood p*mpey fan

    Jason Puncheon

Haha no probably not. I think he's staying. We'll know for sure if he plays/is in the squad on saturday imo
  16. Guly: Did Morgan score that? Lambo: lol don't be stupid
  17. Didn't you see? He can't say
  18. Yes I'd be happy. I would however be a little confused since we have been lead to believe that players were joining by NA
  19. well that was a pointless post then. If there's one thing that really ****es me off on this board it's when people come on and say 'I know something you don't know'. If you really aren't allowed to say then don't post bull**** like this purely for an ego trip
  20. and has just scored a cracking goal. HCDAJFU

OK but my point still stands. From the horse's mouth we were told he couldn't settle in the area and wanted a move closer to London

why would he go to Blackpool? The reason he left Plymouth was because it was too far from his London home!

    Markus Liebherr

I voted no also, as Markus' legacy is not in the stadium or the football side. He will be remembered as the saviour of the whole club, the man that kept a city's heartbeat alive. In years to come he will be known as the man who got Saints back where they belong, but who was taken from us so cruelly before he could see it. Leave the stadium for our great managers and players, a Channon, le Tissier, Paine, Davies, McMenemy, Adkins () stand is fine. Markus means more than that. He has become an integral part of Saints great history, and the fact that we will be singing his name all the way to the Champions League is tribute enough for me

I'm with Chez and NickG on this one, I listened to the interview and heard nothing to suggest he was leaving imminently. Add to that how I saw him in HMV purchasing series 1 of 'On the Buses', and it seems he is sure to stay
