last year we performed well at home but lacked grit away at weaker teams. Obviously i want us to play good football but this is exactly the sort of game that we need to grind a win out of

I would argue that proves there are more good teams in the league than last year. Norwich and leeds were so superior last year whereas this season there are 6 or 7 teams who realistically have a chance of the title IMO

Guly went off after about 65 mins yday and Nige alluded to him still adapting to the pace of the game so I'd be surprised if he is fit enough to start on Monday. Same goes for Chambo. Dickson and Barnard/Connolly are more than able deputies, and AC will be quality off the bench if required

I agree with SNSUN, 3-1. Davis Richardson Jaidi Fonte Harding Lallana Morgan Chaplow Dickson Lambert Barnard would be my bet for a starting 11

Chaplow, Lallana and Guly were all too good for exeter today. Add to that a very tight defensive display on the whole and some superb hold up play by Rickie and, dare I say it, we're starting to look like we can win this league. Lambo, guly and lallana work so well together when going forward morgan had his best game of the season for me
