A "3" for Do Prado is a bit harsh I think. On Tuesday I would agree, but today I think he looked much better in the CM and could be useful. Very difficult circumstances to come on and make difference in a team playing collectively sh!te IMHO - should have done better with Lamberts pull back though.

Mike - it is "seem" not "seam" FFS!! What were these numerous occasions last year BTW? Brighton, Swindon and Bristol Rovers perhaps....hardly numerous though.

I think the thing that will cost us promotion this year is nothing to do with the manager being sacked - it is to do with not having a good enough team. I keep hearing about what a wonderful squad we have - but it doesn't look that wonderful to me - in fact it looks a bit light. Today Rochdale snuffed us out with ease - and took the two chances they had.

I am sorry that he was sacked because it has taken the wind out of the sails. However, my disappointment is tempered by the fact that there may be a very good reason for it that we don't know about....leaving NC with little choice. I don't believe he would have sacked three people crucial to the first team (without an immediate set of replacements waiting in the wings) unless he had no alternative course of action.

Don't you think that may be something to do with the fact that he was managing the team in a lower league (with money to spend) than any other manager ....at least in my living memory?

Hopefully the morons that populated the Northam Stand on Tuesday night will be replaced for the normal supportive crowd. What we do need is support for the team on the pitch. What we don't need are chants of "on the pitch" or continual chants supporting an ex-manager or chants to bring on a player who is injured and not even in the squad. Presumably also NC has the message regarding Paul Hart (which is probably total crap anyway) so let's not work our way through the whole list of candidates we don't like. Positive support for 90 minutes - even if we go behind.....please.

I think it is very dangerous to make statements like this on a public forum - even if you are quoting somebody else. If I were any of the three sacked individuals I would consider it to be libellous.
