And you should learn to read, or take a course in English comprehension. It must be comforting to sit on your high horse spouting vitriol. I am sure you have never broken a 30mph speed limit have you? - an offense more likely to cause serious/fatal injuries than travelling at high speed on a motorway. The Germans aren't completely stupid. Do you comprehend the word "Sanctimonious"?

Since it is a PL record, I think you'll find that we haven't - unless of course the record only refers to the FIRST 7 games. I dunno if we ever lost 7 in a row during the season but I doubt it.

Thanks for the somewhat tedious lecture. I will pass it on to the driver. I was just a passenger - a fact that you seem to like to overlook. FWIW I personally don't feel comfortable with driving over 100mph myself. When someone else is driving, there are some that I feel perfectly safe with at high speed, and others I feel terrified with at relatively low speed - regardless of the speed limit. The police are taught to drive safely at very high speed. Safety is about the skill of the driver, not the speed limit of the road. You don't know the credentials of the driver in this case do you?

Keep it plugged in the ciggy lighter ;-)

Lol - we were speculating in the noorani when a post like this would show up. Thanks for not letting us down. Shall I post up the drivers name and car registration? As an aside, we were also speculating as to whether any nasty NIPs show up in the post.

Yes, most of the time the speedo was showing three figures, but we averaged 85mph. The driver was like a man possessed. Had a bet that he could do it in under 4 hours. We had to have exact change so we could whizz through the toll booth by chucking the money in the basket. Not the most relaxing of journeys, which is why I watched a film or two on my iPhone

No, one of those hybrid thingies from Toyota - the m6 toll road makes a big difference, and zero hold-ups anywhere else. That late goal made our injun taste good :-)
-
No, and nor was ooohterryhurlock thankfully
-
Lol - that would be a bloody slow plane. No, car. 327 miles, so I guess an average of 85mph. Was a bit hairy at times, but I was watching a film on the iPhone so I didn't notice.

Brunton Park to the Noorani, Fair Oak, in 3 hours 53 minutes. Anyone beat that?
-
Non-stop noise from the fans today. Every single player lobbed their shirt into the stand. Going home with a point is a relief, but we should be winning games like this. Now to get home before the noorani in fair oak shuts ;-)

Anyone else get turned away from the beehive for talking in a southern accent?

Mainly saints fans here in the Carlisle rugby club bar next to the ground watching poopey v everton on a big screen. Huge roar when Saha scored just now. :-)

Fed up with absolutely NO decent Saints coverage on local radio...
kpturner replied to Gordon Mockles's topic in The Saints
My solution this season is to go to as many away games as possible (already a ST holder). Then you don't need any media coverage. See you in Carlisle ;-) -
The Sky Sports Football App is significantly quicker and better than logging on here TBH

It took me straight to your user profile.

I feel ashamed that I understand that

No, I was just looking in the AppStore, but I still cannot find it. URL?
-
No, I was in Corporate Hospitality don't you know. I didn't leave until about 18.00....maybe I was too uzzerbuzzered to notice.

What injury? I was there and didn't see any issue with Thomas.

I can't find an iPhone app called Binary Results?

Saints fans celebrate Lallana's goal. Sorry, not a great picture :-(
-
By the way, it was reassuring to see a supposed top of the table team panicking at the back, slicing clearances into the sky, air shots, miss-kicks etc. They did not look comfortable so I think they may come a cropper soon.

He missed it while colliding with the CH and it just hit Burton and bobbled in. But you could take it back to our shyte corner, cleared to perry who lobbed it straight at their goalie when all the big fellas were still up for the corner. Goalie to shelvey in acres, beat defender, cross, **** up, goal!
