Not so sure he would be buying in noisy old Chilworth though if he thought he was leaving. A mate of mine built a house in Chilworth and was hoping to sell it once Saints got into the EPL again. Had Steve Davis look at it but only wanted to rent - reason: already stuck with too many properties having bought in the Midlands (Villa), London (Fulham) and Glasgow (Rangers) and couldn't shift any of them. You can only sell houses in Chilworth to deaf people with more money than sense.
